This villa is designed to offer space, comfort and privacy in a relaxed Mediterranean setting. The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, ideal for up to 8 adults or 12 guests with children, making it perfect for families or small groups.

The house includes a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and several outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun all day. Outside, you’ll find a private pool, outdoor spa, BBQ area and a fire pit, all surrounded by a spacious garden and sunny terraces.

The interiors combine clean lines and natural materials, with carefully designed spaces and high-quality finishes throughout. All beds are 200 cm long for maximum comfort, and the layout is specially designed to accommodate both adults and children.

Guests have full and private access to the entire property, including the house, garden, pool, outdoor spa, BBQ area and all exterior spaces.

Private parking for up to 2 cars is available inside the property.

Vacalm Villa Judit is located in Miami Platja, a peaceful coastal town on Spain`s Mediterranean coast and within just a few minutes you`ll find sandy beaches, scenic coves, seaside restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The villa is also an excellent base for exploring the Costa Daurada. Tarragona, Cambrils, Salou, PortAventura World, Priorat wine region and the Ebro Delta Natural Park are all within easy driving distance. Having a car is highly recommended to enjoy the area.
No parties or events are allowed. Please respect neighbors and quiet hours at all times.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A penalty of 150€ will apply.

The property is designed for registered guests only. Extra guests after check-in will be charged 60€/day per person.

Pets are allowed upon request with a 100€ fee per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do not use beds or sofas. Extra pets not declared in advance will be charged 150€/stay.

It is mandatory to complete guest registration (ID/Passport) before arrival, as required by Spanish law. Access may be denied if this is not completed.

The property must be left in a reasonable condition. Excessive dirtiness will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Any damage or loss during the stay will be charged accordingly:
• Small towels: 10€
• Large towels: 20€
• Sheets: 10€
• Duvet cover: 30€

Damage or malfunction caused to the entrance smart lock system will incur a 800€ charge.

Loss or non-return of keys or garage controls will incur a 60€ charge.

Glassware is strictly prohibited in and around the swimming pool and SPA. Outdoor cups, glasses and tableware are provided specifically for these areas. Please use them whenever eating or drinking outdoors near the pool or SPA. Broken glass in a water area can be extremely dangerous and may require the pool or SPA to be emptied and professionally cleaned.

Any damages may be deducted from the security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team may access the property if necessary to resolve urgent issues.

Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially around outdoor areas and any water features.

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the property.
