"Le Pas de l'Âne" apartment, 40 m², rated 3***, located on the 1st floor without an elevator (building secured by an entry code), this apartment consists of:<br>- a living room with two 90-cm sofa beds (which can be converted into one large bed), a high bar-style table with stools, and an 80-cm TV with Netflix and YouTube accessible via your account using free Wi-Fi, Board game kit<br>- a kitchen (equipped with a convection oven and microwave, induction cooktop, permanent-filter coffee maker, raclette and crepe maker, kettle, and toaster),<br>- a bedroom with one 140 cm bed, a dressing table, and a closet,<br>- a shower room with a hair dryer and towel warmer, and a separate toilet,<br>- dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning supplies provided.<br>You have access to the 100m² shared garden, which features a large picnic table, a pétanque court, a 4-burner gas grill, a ping-pong table, darts, giant Mikado, and many small games for children...<br>The sauna is available upon request (€10/week / excluding the COVID period)<br>You have access to the self-service washer and dryer in the laundry room in the basement. (Laundry detergent provided)<br>Ski storage, hiking boots, and strollers are available on the first floor.<br>Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked under the porch, accessible through the garden gate with a secure access (code)<br>We can provide: a travel crib, high chair, and baby bathtub (upon request).<br>Sheets, towels, bath mats, and dish towels are not included in the rental. You can rent them from the Sancy concierge service:<br>- €15 per 90cm or 140cm bed<br>- €5 per person for linens (towel, bath mat, and dish towel)<br>Housekeeping is not included in the rental:<br>- you may arrange for housekeeping through the concierge service: €50 (excluding kitchen and dishes; a €30 surcharge applies if the kitchen and dishes are not cleaned).<br>Non-smoking apartment.
