Discover a majestic chalet in the heart of Mont-Blanc, overlooking the 2nd hole of Golf Royal Laurentien. Just 30 minutes from the world-famous Mont-Tremblant and 10 minutes from Mont-Blanc, this cozy retreat features a private spa for the ultimate in relaxation.

There are 4 large bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its superb en-suite bathroom. Everything to please you and your guests.

The Space:

To stay here you need to:

1- Fill out your contact information.

2-Provide a valid ID.

3-Give a security deposit of $2000 as a pre-authorization on a credit card or a refundable payment, depending on the rental platform.

(If no damages are found after your stay, we will proceed with the refund of your deposit. Note that this may take up to 14 days due to banking delays)

4-Read thoroughly the house rules and agree.



The chalet is reserved for people aged 30 and over. Children and families are welcome.



Pets are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee of 100$+tx/dog)

A fee of $35 + tax may apply for each additional person.



The Neighborhood:

Renters have access to the Royal Laurentien Golf Clubhouse, which gives you access to a host of free activities! Enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or skating trails in winter. In summer, you can go hiking or take advantage of the P'tit Train du Nord bike path, which runs right next door.



Other Things to Note:

As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.
