The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, and basic spices such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and vinegar. Amenities include Wi-Fi, digital satellite TV with streaming (use your own account), stereo internet radio, washing machine, baby cot and high chair (please inform us in advance). Games and books are available for you to share.



Enjoy the 1,800 m² private garden (not fully fenced) and the approx. 15 m² south-facing wooden terrace, accessible from the living area through floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. A second terrace in the garden is perfect for evening barbecues with your own grill. There is a private parking space for your car.



The property offers storage for bicycles and a charging station for e-bikes.

The house was completely renovated in 2015 and combines comfort with modern Scandinavian style. A modern pellet stove provides extra warmth in the cooler months. Pellets are provided.

Other attractions are close by. Monschau, Rursee, and Eifel National Park are just a short drive away – perfect for hikers and nature lovers in the Hohes Venn Nature Park.
