It’s a good hotel for Monrovia. Safe area. Good restaurant. Close to UN headquarters. Staff was very kind. Room was spacious and acceptably clean.

We enjoyed our time at Bella Casa immensely. The room was very comfortable and well kept. The staff was very responsive and professional. They routinely went, "the extra mile".

It is a good hotel comparing the prices in this area. However, they need to change the hand towels, which are quite worn out, as well as the bed sheets.

Overall, the room I stayed in was okay. The staffs are nice and friendly. It is just too small - the room has no where to sit except on the bed; there's no chair. The mini refrigerator is rustic in it and the toilet shakes/moves out of position when one sits on it. Taking heavy luggages up the stairs with humid hallways is difficult.

I had a pleasant stay at Bella Casa Hotel. While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there is noticeable work in progress throughout the property, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. The true highlight of my stay was the staff—exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. I’m confident that once the renovations are complete, the hotel will offer an even better experience.

Overall, no complains. If you are looking for a reasonably-priced stay in the city, this might be your choice. It's definitely nothing fancy and needs some proper makeover. Pasta bolognese for breakfast is a unique thing I never came across before but the fresh fruits were really tasty. All staff were nice and forthcoming! Pool is great and the water very clean.

The hotel is okay. It seems it was renovated in or after 2020. The layout did look different since my last stay there in early 2020. I was surprised only one (wipe) tower was in the bathroom. The staffs were professionally. However, there were too many tables or chair drags likely from the dining room late in the night.

Upon my arrival, the room was very hot, the air condition was off, the television was not working , I call the front desk for assistance I was told that the person who is responsible for the television is off, and he would be in the next morning.

I rate this hotel up to 3 stars because of few reasons, one of which caused me an early checkout, I checked out of this hotel early due to the fact that I saw a living rat in my hotel room, which was a terrible experience! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, everyone was polite and respectful. The location is great, I recommend proper cleaning and maintenance of various areas in the rooms. Plus, the mattresses need to be changed, and to provide clean bed sheets during each cleanup period.

I really liked the communication skills of the receptionists. I didn't like the fact that I wasn't given a key that I could keep. I didn't like the fact that the shower wasn't working.
