The host was very welcoming, the little details in the house really made us moms happy. The house was clean and our boys absolutely loved the basement and the access to the hot tub from the basement. The local food was fantastic. We came in the winter, but all talked about how much we would love to be here in the summer as well.

House was perfect for our 50th Anniversary family vacation! Plenty of bedrooms, amazing kitchen, loved the pool and hot tub. Grandkids and the dogs loved the lake - fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding - they did it all. We picked the perfect week for fires at night and looking for meteors. Host was very responsive to any questions and easy to communicate with.

The home and property are beautiful, and being lake-side is fantastic. The house is spacious, well-appointed, and so comfortable. We loved the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the living room. It was wonderful to have access to a washing machine and dryer. The pool is a real treat. The highlight for me was canoeing on the lake. My dogs were completely fascinated to see geese (new to my city pups), and to run on the spacious back lawn.

Highly recommend this lake house!

Our family very much enjoyed a recent long weekend getaway at this beautiful, clean and well-stocked home on the lake. We took advantage of using all the great amenities: hot tub, pool, game room, canoe and kayak. The beds were SO comfortable!!! There are restaurants and shopping areas not far away, so it’s an ideal location for a vacation spot. They allowed our dogs to join us which was such an advantage as well. The host was extremely responsive to the few questions we had. We will definitely be visiting this lake front location again in the future!

Really beautiful spot

Clean house, easy check in, super beautiful property. Near lots of great hikes. Kitchen was stocked better than lots of other rentals I've been in, with nice appliances that made cooking easy. Lots of activities to do on-site. Would definitely recommend!!

My stay at the lake house

Beautiful view and host was very quick at reponding back. The most important part for me was how clean the home was especially the bed sheets & towels had fresh clean smell. Highly recommended if your looking for an upscale & peaceful getaway!

Great house, excellent hosts

We had a great stay over Spring Break. The house was great for five kids (5-9) and four adults. The kids really enjoyed Legoland which was a quick and convenient distance away. The adults loves the lakeside fire pit and the hot tub. The house was incredibly clean and very well stocked. It was great not to worry about bringing too many household items or rushing around with a difficult checkout, the house was so well stocked we didn’t need to bring much and checkout was incredibly easy. Communication with the hosts was very easy, they returned all messages very quickly and even let us check in early!

Wish we could live here

I definitely want to come back. This place was beautiful in the fall and I imagine it will be even more amazing in the winter. The house was homey and cozy, with lots of nice places to hang out with the family and lots of space for the kids to play in. Sitting in the hot tub while it was almost zero degrees, enjoying the view of the lake was so relaxing. Home was very clean and communications with the owner were so quick and easy. This was also perfect for day trips to Legoland and Woodbury. All in all this made for a perfect weekend and the only downside was that our stay had to end! We shall return!

Beautiful Property, Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this large lakefront property. The outdoor living space like the back deck and swimming pool were great bonuses, with beautiful views of the lake. The location is also very well situated to enjoy lots of activities in the area. We took our kids to LegoLand (15 min drive) and Storm King (25 min drive) during our stay. This is one of the best stocked house rentals I've stayed at as well: there were shower products, coffee pods, condiments, plenty of towels, anything you could need was on hand. Appreciated the comfortable mattresses too!

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend

My family and I spent a lovely Memorial Day weekend here. The home was comfortable and spacious. The pool was great and we all enjoyed canoeing on the lake. Highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at this house. We made use of the pool table, fireplace, cooked great meals together, put together puzzles and had a relaxing time. The house is well maintained, we appreciated the very organized house guide the host emailed to us. One note that we weren’t aware of until arrival, the water here is softened. We picked up jugs of drinking water as we didn’t care for the taste but that’s a personal preference. Next time we’ll know to bring water. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Best Vrbo experience

Llya is very responsive since the beginning through the entire stay. This is definitely the best experience for me and our family is able to enjoy the Christmas at this lake side property. Very clean and beds are comfortable. So accommodating with all our request and our dogs also feel at home too. Will definitely come back if I am around the same area. 5 stars all the way!

This is an excellent property. Really well equipped - especially all of the equipment for getting out on the lake with kids! The house is spacious. The garden is lovely. The hosts were really helpful. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Perfect Legoland Rental

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lakeside home. Just 15 minutes from Legoland made this the ideal location for us. The pool, lake and what our kids dubbed “the kid cave” (basement) made this the perfect house to keep everyone entertained for the week. The owners were very responsive and the house was one of the most well stocked we have ever stayed at. Just an fyi for those like us coming from more rural locations this is more of a suburb vibe and there is road noise from across the lake. Didn’t impact our stay but not completely tranquil.
