"Seth’s place was conveniently located for a short trip to Cinci with my friend. Seth provided very detailed instructions for check-in and out and was quick to respond to messages. My friend and I both have small babies and were able to use the house as a clean home base to come back and rest after our activities for the day. We were also very grateful to have driveway/easy street parking to unload and load the babies as we came and went. "

"We really enjoyed our time here. The Little Miami River was just a very short distance by foot. The trail runs along the river with restaurants and shops. Even on a Monday people were on the trail. There's a lot of life in this little town. The home was clean. The neighborhood was quiet."

"My daughter and I stayed here for the week, while she was participating in an event at the Sharonville Convention Center. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, not too far from shops and restaurants in Loveland. It’s an older home and is decorated very nicely and modernized. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. It was quite warm when we were there, so I do think the upstairs had a little bit of a hard time keeping as cool as the 1st floor; so you may want to consider packing a fan if...
