Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. "This was a perfect little place for the weekend. Quiet yet walkable to downtown, I loved this rental. It was the weekend of my father's celebration of life and this was a perfect place to unwind and relax leading up to, and after, the celebration. Entry instructions were accurate and wifi worked well, although there were no other instructions about the apartment (e.g., trash, dishes, etc.). The apartment is one of several in an older building, which means an unusual layout for 3BR & 1.5bath.
