"We had an amazing stay at this charming wooden cottage. The tranquility of the location was exactly what we were looking for – so peaceful and relaxing. The cottage is cozy and beautifully maintained. Our hosts, Clive and Kaeren, were fantastic. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. "Wow, what can I say we had the most fantastic few days in this peaceful little heaven on the outskirts of Bristol. We had a bit of confusion around the booking as we thought we'd booked the Cabana but it turned out it was booked so we got the Knapsack instead. "We really enjoyed our stay, The shepherds hut exceeded our expectations, well equipped, cosy and in a great private location overlooking the forest. The hut was so lovely and warm with central heating and a log burner, the bed was comfortable, and the fixtures and fittings looked brand new. Also the rainfall shower was a lovely surprise. Would recommend and will be back for another visit. Thank you"

"Our experience was perplexing from the start, with directions so inadequate that we had to ask the way. When we arrived I was attacked by geese at large in the grounds. Despite profuse apologies from the owner's wife, and the geese then confined to a wired pen, the owner said he wouldn't be lectured, walking away when I offered some advice on the facilities.
