"establishment needs updating disabled access poor only one ramp available out in car park otherwise difficult steps to maneuver, very disappointing for a few years ago was excellent. The meals left a lot to be desired continental breakfast was good but full english breakfast was awful, once tried and never again, plenty of establishment had a much better quality. carpets in bedrooms could do with a steam clean !! Re bathroom for disabled people the bath was so high, as to be unable to get in to...

Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). "Hotel itself is tired and quite run down, needs a large scale renovation. Room was clean but as with wider hotel is very dated. Hotel breakfast was poor. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Easy and free parking was a good benefit. Easy to access location wise. "
