Mönkebude with its beautiful meadows and forests, as well as its sailing harbour and beaches, is located directly on the Szczecin Lagoon, the beautiful Baltic Sea coast in the north-east of our beautiful homeland! It's nice to go for a morning walk in the countryside with your partner or four-legged friend to get to know the forest, meadows, trees, animals and shrubs! But if you prefer to sunbathe on the beach in a beach chair or simply in the sand, the beautiful beach is about 400m away from your accommodation, just to relax and sunbathe! Our little guests also have a lot of fun on the beach on the new playground where they can really let off steam! But the most beautiful are the evening walks on the beach where the sun caresses the sea and you can enjoy the peace and quiet here at the Stettiner-Haff.
This beautiful holiday home flat is very modernly furnished on its 110 square metres. The living space is divided into two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (180 cm x 210 cm) surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides, a flat-screen TV in one bedroom and a guest toilet in the other bedroom. There is always a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors in front of the bed, providing ample storage space for your luggage. The centrepiece of the flat is the 45 m² living room and bedroom with integrated kitchenette and comfortable dining area. Relax on the pull-out leather couch (2.25 m x 1.74 m) after a day out, while the flat-screen TV with satellite TV and TV-USB connection provides entertainment. When pulled out, the sofa provides a comfortable place to sleep for two people. The open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals using a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and numerous small electrical appliances, from a toaster and microwave to a coffee machine. Take a seat in the attractive dining area for communal meals! The bathroom has a floor-level shower, a wash hand basin with WC and towel dryer, as well as a bathroom window and underfloor heating. The flat is heated with oil heating.
Simply relax on your furnished garden terrace (approx. 20 m² in size). You can also use the barbecue area for communal barbecues. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead outside. Of course, there is also a free car park on the property (unfortunately, for safety reasons, no electric cars are allowed to park with us), if you need another parking space, just give us a call.
Simply relax on your furnished garden terrace (which is approx. 17 m² in size), and you can also enjoy beautiful moments on the small covered terrace, which is also equipped with lounge furniture and a hanging chair. You can also use the barbecue area for communal barbecues. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, but must be kept on a lead in the outdoor area. You can also relax on the sunbathing area in the garden (free sun loungers are available). A small sandpit with digging moulds and a children's pool are available for our younger guests. Bicycles can be stored at the holiday property. A free car park is available to every guest, for safety reasons and due to electricity theft, electric cars are no longer allowed to park on our property. However, there is a large free car park 300m away.
