"This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. This hotel is not luxury. It smells old. It looks as if it’s not used. The doors had holes in them which allowed bugs to settle in the room. We...

"Hotel is nicely renovated and check in was efficient. Thank you Mr Chien and Claudia for the attentive service, for making us feel so welcome and the birthday surprise. All the best to the hotel and staff!"

"First, high quality bed and bedding, so restful. Second, new hotel, very clean, smartly decorated, great views of mountains from my balcony, excellent room spaces and bathroom. Third, excellent location, away from the continuous construction noise (pollution, congestion, chaos) closer to city center. If noise bothers you at 6 am, choose this location. Fourth, great manager/staff. Daily room service was excellent and morning breakfasts were a real bonus (comes with your reservation). Fifth, Abe...

"We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show."

"A beautiful view that changes as the day progresses. It's such a calming experience when compared to the pace and noise of Sapa. Being walking distance from both a Hmong and a Dao village. The restaurant breakfast has an ever changing menu and you overlook the rice fields and the Lau Chai village below. We took advantage of the spa and infinity pool that were both exquisite experiences. It's pricier than many accommodations in the region but you get good value for your money."
