"Communication was immediate and excellent before the trip. Check in was simple. The place smelled and looked amazing. There was a kayak already there but we brought our own and out on the water we went. "The house was great and the host provided very clear instructions. The house was well stocked, better than many I have stayed in. My only complaint was the size of the beds. It listed the house as being able to sleep 8, but unless its a couple, most beds could not be shared. The futon in the upstairs den is quite uncomfortable, and we had someone choose to sleep on the floor instead. "
