The views of the lake are breathtaking and the place had everything we needed and was set up for comfort and relaxation.

This place was what we were looking for! Amazing views of SML and the amenities were great. Added bonus that it was walking distance to Napoli By The Lake. We will be back.

A great stay

We had a great time at the lake with our 3 under 3. This property made it so easy to access the beach, docks, and pools. The view is phenomenal, and the back patio makes for a great place to drink your morning coffee.

Wonderful spot on the lake! We rented a boat from Bernard’s Landing one day and spent the entire day on the lake. Loved it.

We were very impressed with the proximity to the lake for beautiful views. The unit was clean and well appointed for guest comfort. Amenities were excellent, the year round residents we met were very nice and the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely be back.

This is a nice condo with a great view and close access to pickleball courts, beach, dock and pool. We had a great time renting a boat for a day. A few minor tweaks to the condo could improve it a bit, such as some light-blocking shades or curtains in bedrooms, but otherwise, we found it comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Absolutely everything was perfect about our stay. The owners have taken great care to offer a beautiful, spacious, clean, well-stocked, and modern experience. This was out first time to SML and when we return, we will definitely stay here again. Family Vacation to SML

This was our first trip to SML and it did not disappoint. The property was perfect, very accommodating, all the way down to the small details. Our unit was clean and comfortable, and the amenities at the resort were wonderful. We are already planning our trip back to this sweet little spot on the lake. Thanks for everything!

unit was clean, appeared to be updated from original build. kitchen was stocked well. liked being able to walk directly outside onto the grass. would rent again if we are in the area.

Great getaway

We had a great stay at this property. The property owner called us the morning of our stay to discuss a broken coffee pot the prior renter reported. The homeowner wanted to make sure this would not affect our stay and proviced solutions. We were very pleased with the communication, well stocked unit, and amazing views.

Another great stay in Bernard s Landing

Great location and views. Fully stocked kitchen and unit was well furnished . Only negative was it appeared the cleaning crew had not finished, but only minor. We would not hesitate to return. the housekecleaning crew were not commoner

Great stay

Condo was easy to find in the dark in the rain. Beds were great, linens clean and fresh. Everything was clean. All essentials were supplied which was great for doing laundry and running dishwasher. Overall very roomy for four adults. WiFi worked great.

Lovely stay in western Virginia

My husband and I stayed at the condo while on a week-long Family Reunion vacation in the neighborhood. The rooms were most pleasant, It was easy to get into and out of. The pool was inviting and the grounds were well kept. It was not easy to get info on our rental until the last minute and then I was not sure who to contact with questions. The people at evolve were most helpful in getting me info and letting me know what to do next.

Wonderful time

We love visiting Bernard's Landing and the two of us were very comfortable here for 3 nights. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. We loved the lake view, especially when we ate breakfast outside. It was great to be able to walk to the pickleball courts and the pool. The kitchen is well-supplied. We were pleasantly surprised to have a washer/dryer, as I don't think that was mentioned in the list of amenities. My main suggestion for improvement is curtains in the bedroom that would block out morning light. We will be back to Smith Mountain Lake and would be very happy to stay here again.
