"To start with the (only a few) positives: - The property manager was forthcoming and friendly. - Location of the property is ok: Elafonisos is 10 minutes by car + 10 minutes by ferry away; Kastania cave, Petrified forest and Monemvasia are all 30-40 minutes away. "The semidetached house is fresh, big and nice, the swimming pool is clean, and big enough. It’s situated in not attractive area: the beach here is unpleasant.The town Neapolis isn’t a pretty one, and has no charm.You can’t reach the town without your car.For me, the only advantage of this villas is proximity of unusually beautiful island of Elafonisos."
