"Great location and wonderful property! Centrally located on King Street, it was fun looking out the windows and seeing people walking around. It was easy to walk everywhere from this location. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The linens were clean, good air conditioning in the summer heat, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The parking spot was very convenient right outside the door. Great property, definitely recommend!"

The interior was perfect, very clean with updated appliances and comfortable furniture and beds and the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Our only complaint was that access to parking at the rear of the building is tight and can be difficult with a larger vehicle (full size SUV or Pickup) especially if the other units are occupied."

"Really charming unit in a cute old house! Comfortable living room, full kitchen, stacked washer and dryer (awesome to use midweek!), comfortable beds, plenty of drawer space and hangars. The decor was nice and the slant to the floors of the old place was endearing. Wished the weather was better for our time there to use back patio, which is as cute as it looks in the pictures. Fabulous location, easy walk to churches, bagel shops, and a few blocks up to King. Parking spot was nice feature. ...

"We had a wonderful stay. It was a rather large apartment and the decor was beautiful. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was so key and we really appreciated the king size beds. We were so appreciative of the fact that there was not a moldy smell in the unit as is typical of Charleston. "
