A modern vacation apartment, designed in a light Scandinavian-maritime style, awaits you. The duplex apartment has its own entrance, is a spacious 68 square meters, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Two bedrooms—one with a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 m x 2 m). The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and more, opens onto the bright, open-concept living and dining area. From there, you have direct access to the terrace with a beach chair and ocean view.<br><br>Direct access to the natural beach<br>From the house, you can reach the beautiful natural beach directly via a private path—a special highlight.<br><br>On the terrace, a beach chair, patio furniture, a lounge chair, and a beach umbrella are available from approximately April through October for relaxing moments. <br><br>Parking space No. 9 belongs to the apartment and can be used free of charge.<br><br>Children can play on the small playground as well as on the spacious grounds of the vacation complex. You can enjoy a view of the sea from every window.<br><br>Even the journey across the 4-km-long spit feels like a little excursion, surrounded by breathtaking nature and water on all sides. <br><br>Despite its idyllic location, the major seaside resorts like Sellin, Göhren, and Binz are not far away. As a guest, you’ll get exactly what you’re looking for: one day, you can unwind and take endless walks with your dog through stunning nature; the next, you can experience the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts or explore Rügen’s culture.<br><br>Up to two dogs are very welcome in our vacation rental. The apartment is equipped with four ceramic bowls in various sizes, as well as two bowl mats. <br><br>Smoking and open flames are not permitted in our apartment or in the outdoor area due to the thatched roof.<br><br>We would be delighted to be your hosts.
