pour une bonne ballade

Sur les personne Nathalie et Alain que j'ai rencontré en fin de séjour personnes très sympathiques idem leurs enfants Michael et son épouse et sans oublier Fred.cadre idyllique nous sommes reçu avec beaucoup d attention se qu'il faut pour pour désert et boisson je conseille vivement cet endroit .je rajouterai pour les propriétaires s'ils pouvaient mettre à dispositions des vélos electriques se serait un plus

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber

Die Gastgeber, A. u. N. Sauriac, sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Für die Anreise zur Wohnung wäre es hilfreich, wenn man nicht nur die Straße und den Namen der Wohnung / der Vermieter sondern auch die Hausnummer mitgeteilt bekäme. Ohne die Hausnummer gestaltete sich das Auffinden der Wohnung doch etwas schwierig. Von der Terrasse der Wohnung hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, sind allerdings die Geräusche, die die auf der deutlich unterhalb der Wohnung liegenden Straße fahrenden Autos und Motorräder/-roller verursachen, deutlich wahrnehmbar. Die Wohnung selber ist ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen". So war zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes der (Back-)Ofen defekt. Er wurde gegen Ende unseres Aufenthaltes durch ein neues Gerät ersetzt. An der Kühlschranktür fehlte die Verkleidung. Der Luftabzug im innenliegenden Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Ein Luftaustausch im Badezimmer war nur durch Öffnen der Tür zum Hauptraum möglich. Die Türen zu den Nebenräumen, u.a. auch zum Badezimmer, ließen sich, möglicherweise klimabedingt, nicht oder nur sehr schwer schließen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ansonsten gut. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Schöner Empfang.Außenbereich sehr schön mit toller Aussicht. Inneneinrichtung und Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad war muffig und hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Preis für das Appartement zu hoch.

Super nette Gastgeber und unbezahlbare Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber damit kann man sich arrangieren. Ist sowieso egal, was innen ist, das Leben findet draußen auf der Terrasse statt. Das ist ein traumhaftes Plätzchen. Der Pool stand uns sozusagen exklusiv zur Verfügung. Wann immer wir Lust hatten, war er frei. Natalie hat uns einen Zitronenkuchen gebacken. Der war ausgesprochen lecker. Das „Abschiedsgeschenk“, ein Orangenlikör, genießen wir noch immer. Besten Dank dafür. Die Unterkunft ist nicht einfach zu finden, weil alle Navis einen Fußgängerweg als Zufahrt vorschlagen. Wir haben lange gesucht. Auch für der Weg vom Auto zum Haus sollte man fit sein. Der Fußweg nach Eze beinhaltet ein gutes Stück Landstraße ohne Gehsteig und dauert ca. 25 Minuten. Lohnt sich aber. Nachts sollte man für den Rückweg unbedingt eine Taschenlampe dabei haben. Alles in allem ein toller Platz zum Erholen und Abschalten. Wir waren begeistert. Danke Alain und Natalie

Spectacular Location – Emplacement Spectaculaire

Alain and Natalie welcomed us to their apartment with cake and lemonade, a welcomed treat after the short climb to their apartment. The apartment itself is ideally situated overlooking a lovely pool and with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean below. It is equipped with everything you could need. Monaco and Nice are minutes away by car, train or bus. The biological garden in Eze (village) should not be missed. We left ladened with treats from our generous hosts. Thank you Nathalie and Alain! Alain et Natalie nous ont accueillis dans leur appartement avec un gâteau et de la limonade, un régal bienvenu après la courte montée vers leur appartement. L'appartement lui-même est idéalement situé surplombant une belle piscine et avec une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée en contrebas. Il est équipé de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Monaco et Nice sont à quelques minutes en voiture, en train ou en bus. Le jardin biologique d'Eze (village) est à ne pas manquer. Nous sommes repartis chargés de friandises de nos généreux hôtes. Merci Nathalie et Alain !

Die perfekte Zuflucht

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Alain und Nathalie. Gerade in der aktuellen Situation mit Covid19 war dieser Ort die perfekte Zuflucht. Die Unterkunft ist beim ersten Mal etwas schwer zu finden. Wenn man sie aber einmal gefunden hat, ist es ganz einfach. Natalie und Alain sind ganz wunderbare, herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es war ein nahezu familiäres Gefühl. Dennoch wurde die Privatsphäre gewahrt. Natalie ist eine hervorragende Köchin und hat uns von ihren Leckereien kosten lassen. Formidable! Den Pool haben wir täglich genutzt, da wir die Strände etwas meiden wollten. Abends haben wir es genossen, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Tag bei einem Glas Wein und dem Blick auf's Meer ausklingen zu lassen. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Wanderungen machen. Eze ist ein zauberhafter Ort. Besonders der historische, alte Ortsteil. Natürlich gibt es dort im Sommer viele Touristen, trotzdem lohnt sich ein Besuch. Auch der exotische Garten ist sehr sehenswert. Aber in erster Linie haben Natalie und Alain uns durch ihre freundliche Art eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Eze bereitet. Und das, obwohl unser Französisch wirklich grauenhaft ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die wir je hatten

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen mit der ein oder anderen Kleinigkeit, die wirklich von Herzen kam. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und alle waren wirklich äußerst nett zu uns. Die Wohnung war ausgestattet mit allem, was wir benötigten und sogar mit Gemälden des Gastgebers, welcher ein berühmter Künstler in der Region dort ist. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus auf das Meer war hervorragend. Sogar vom Bett, Küche und dem Pool aus konnten wir diesen Ausblick genießen. Der Pool selbst war sauber und einfach spitze. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt etwas außerhalb der kleinen Stadt Èze, und so wie alle Orte dort direkt am Berg. Trotzdem konnten wir die Unterkunft mit unserem Auto gut auf der kleinen Straße erreichen.

Frankreich Wunderschön

Es war gemütlich, mit Meerblick . Ruhige Umgebung und vermieter super nett . Auto notwendig um überall zu kommen. Nur 15 Minuten von Monaco enfert. Keine kleine Buchten wo man schwimmen kann mit bishien privatsfere. Allgemein Urlaub war sehr schön:)

This accommodation was excellent, both location , facilities and host. I would highly recommend.

A really positive experience. The location and property were ideal. Host family were very friendly and welcoming, yet gave us privacy. Could not recommend highly enough. The only down side was, the property is difficult to find on arrival, especially as our French is poor(to say the least). We however rang the the host family and they met us in local village of Exe. Would recommend any non French speaking guests to do likewise. A map would have been hugely beneficial. Will definitely be back.

Strategic location

The studio is spacious and has a nice patio from where we enjoyed the views. The owners, Natalie and Alain are very friendly and inviting. In a couple of occasions when asked for help they found solution. We rented a car upon arrival in Nice and we were happy we did. Finding the property was tricky. Is important to enter in GPS the "Avenue de Georges Clemenceaus " from where you enter "Chemin de barnessa superioure" We also had trouble with the wifi access. We had a great time at Villa Solaris. Location and the owners have their part on it. Thank Natalie and Alain. We hope to see you again. M&E

LOVELY VIEWS, BUT.....

The absence of signage makes this property difficult to find, plus the owners, however hospitable and generous, no not speak a word of English. The road to the property is dauntingly narrow and the steep, slanted steps up to the rental itself are not recommended for anyone with mobility or respiratory issues. Once ensconced and rested from the hike up, all is well and the view terrific. Alain, the owner, was kind enough to drive us to Eze village and back as the parking situation there is abysmal and it is not within walking distance. This property is not really practical for a quick overnight stay, and better for a longer visit once your sherpa humps the wine and groceries up the hill. Mario de Laval

Relaxing stay with stunning views

The hosts are really warm and welcoming. This is a rustic studio with everything you need.The shower is quite small and whilst clean with no windows feels dingy however when you get outside that doesn’t matter, the views when you sit on the small patio are stunning. The studio is in a quiet location and it is too far to walk comfortably to any local bars. However there are so many beautiful places to drive to. The local beaches are beautiful as is Eze village. Beautiful days out and then returning to enjoy a glass of wine watching the cruise ships below. The pool area also has lovely views. We had a wonderful relaxing time and were made to feel very welcome. We would return

Séjour idyllique. Propriétaires adorables.

Nous avons passés 2 semaines de rêve dans cette location. La finalité de notre séjour à Eze était de garder une partie de la journée nos 2 petits-enfants (6ans et demi et 3ans et demi!!!). Le studio est grand, très agréable et fonctionnel: possibilité de prendre ses repas à 5 à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur avec un barbecue électrique. Cuisine très pratique. Le petit déjeuner la matin très tôt sur la terrasse, face à la mer et au lever du soleil: un vrai bonheur. La région est superbe, les paysages enchanteurs. Nous étions inquiets au début, car ils sont très remuants, mais la possibilité d'utiliser la piscine comme nous le voulions nous a vraiment facilité la vie. Les enfants se sont vraiment "éclatés", et les parents étaient ravis car le soir quand ils les récupéraient c'était pour les coucher!!!!! Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables, discrets, et nous avons passés avec eux une soirée apéritive très instructive. Nathalie et Alain s'occupent d'une association qui construit des écoles au Burkina-Faso, ils s'y rendent tous les ans pour suivre leur projet et apporter des fournitures scolaires aux enfants!! Et ils vous racontent cela naturellement comme si cela coulait de source! En résumé cette location c'est le rêve! Et nous avons la ferme intention d'y revenir à une période moins "peuplée", mais garder ses petits-enfants c'est pendant les vacances d'été!!! Un grand merci à Nathalie et Alain pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.
