Spacious, air-conditioned studio apartment of 31 m² with a terrace and a lovely sea view, south-facing, on the 2nd floor with elevator and access to the residence's swimming pool. Main room with TV, a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a comfortable single bed suitable for a child. Separate kitchen (2-burner cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric coffee maker, washing machine) and bathroom with toilet. WIFI and private parking are included. Bed linen and towels are provided.
