Salvo la recepcionista que nos atendió a la hora de hacer el chek in ( una chica morenita con el pelo muy rizado ) que era muy altiva, antipática y estúpida, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien . muy limpio, tranquilo y agradable el resto del personal fue encantador.

Wonderful ! 100% recomendado, una opción excelente a la hora de visitar Montecarlo. Sobrepasó mis limites de un buen hotel. Y su precio es muy bueno en relación a la calidad y ubicación en que se encuentra.

Un hotel de 3 estrellas con personal de 5
Es un hotel a la altura de Mónaco, con un servicio del personal excelente, pero las instalaciones son un poco justas. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas en cuanto a sus servicios de restauración y extras, pero que su personal lo lleva a ser un 5 estrellas como poco. Para lo que es Monaco merece la pena si se quiere vivir la experiencia Monegasca.

HOTEL PERFECTO PARA ALOJARSE EN MONACO
Muy buen hotel por su ubicación, por su personal (mención especial para la Srta Hirondina y su compañero de la mañana) y por su estado. Habitación cómoda, amplia y confortable (Cama muy buena). Volveré a alojarme en ese hotel sin duda.

Baño amplio pero faltan colgadores y estantes
Hotel con amplias zonas comunes, buen desayuno, comodidad en la habitacion,...El baño es espacioso pero mal aprovechado: falta algun estante y algun colgador (solo habia uno de bola, que se caia qualquier cosa que colgaras)

The Hotel and General Suff were great. However, for the coock to demand "extra" money because i asked for "Sunnyside" eggs as opposed to the scrambled one is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE". I travel around the world more tomes that i can remember including living in Hong Kong for years, AND NOT ONCE I WAS AMBARRASED AS I DID, in addition to the smurks and chuckles by the ignorent server, SHAME ON THEM!!!

Very pricey for a small room without any coffee machine. The small fridge was filled with their goodies and we could not place any other items inside it since it was already stuffed.

No le gustó: Personal y atención, comodidad de la habitación
Esperienza negativa, All' arrivo non c'era il vetturiere, le valige dopo tre ore non erano ancora in camera, ho dovuto chiamare , la camera senza ciabattine, senza calza scarpe, colazione pessima, senza organizzazione e molto approssimativa, mancano tazze, marmellate, ecc. Macchina del caffè guasta, code infinite, camerieri che servivano clienti conosciuti e altri lasciati allo sbaraglio. Ho speso 430 euro, il meridien costava 600 ma è un altra cosa. Grazie comunque.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui diverse volte, il personale è molto cortese, la posizione è buona e in una zona tranquilla. Non diamo 5 stelle solo per la polvere che si accumulava di giorno e giorno e non è mai stata tolta durante le pulizie quotidiane, e perché un asciugamano fornitoci era sporco, anche se il personale ha subito provveduto a fornircene uno nuovo.
