This property is very clean and the owners are doing a lot of remodeling. The area has a lot to be desired. I stopped at a 711 less than a mile away and was happy I’m armed. As a retired Police Officer I wouldn’t want my wife or daughters staying in this area. It’s not the hotels location. I think this town has issues.

Did not have adequate towels available for shower in morning. Requested more towels night before and they said that they might have some in morning. NOt acceptable. First room they assigned to us had a foul odor so requested another room. Carpet on stairs and stairway was stained. Entire place smelt musty with ozone machine going in hallways. Elevator was not working. Guy at front desk was trying but obviously running the place by himself.

We didn’t really like much about the property unfortunately. The front desk guy was not friendly. Did not make us feel welcome. Then there was a group of 30 checking in and they were all over parking lot being loud and obnoxious. Nothing was said to them.

We apologize for any inconvenience. There was a group of family and friends who were coming in town for concert. Since, they were outside waiting for check-in. They did not disturb anyone inside the property. The front desk employee had many check-ins within that hour. We value your feedback and we will improve our efforts.

My reservation was not entered under the correct name. The picture of this hotel is deceptive...it is run down. Advertised as renovated---the hallway was. The outdoor side entrance did not lock and was open for anyone to enter. The room was clean and the bedding was good. The coffee was good, the breakfast average. The POOL was totally drained and NOT advertised that it was closed.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Hiren, the general manager, completed the check-in process with me. He was conscientious and friendly. I’ve had positive experiences every time I’ve stayed at this location.

I didn’t like that we only had 1 working light in the main room and the maintenance guy was off til the following week. Otherwise everything else was okay.

The property was under some renovations, but room was very outdated and lacking updated showers and amenities like soaps and shampoos. Some of the towels were thin and see through. The parking lot had severe potholes that you had to maneuver around and enter door only one side worked.

Upon check in , desk did not recognize Expedia check in, was charged twice. We were too tired to fight about it, and thought it would be easily rectified. It has been a problem so far. The room smelled heavily of mold and very musty. We were not concerned about the amenities being unavailable, as it was a place to just sleep. We had family in the ICU at nearby hospital. I would drive a little further down the road.....

I paid in advance and also had to put a $50 deposit. They gave keys to someone else's room! Then another room was given and it was unclean. We left less than thirty minutes entering the facility. Neither the deposit or cost of the room was refunded.

The man at front desk was very rude to us. We was there with family. We had like 5 rooms. The stuff was not friendly. The have a pool they did not keep trowels at pool the day they put out hand towel. I put trash out side my door to be pick up. It was there like two days. I checked out and it was still there.

Does Not Meet Expectations
No Internet and They spend more time on the phone than taking care of what need to be done. For the 4 days that I was there the front entrance door was not working

We apologize that you couldn’t connect to the internet. Our front desk couldn’t have done much with your equipment (laptop) when security settings are applied. Our staff did verified with Wi-Fi management services and they requested that you unlock your settings to be able to connect with the internet. We also made sure that with WiFi management services company and verified that all equipment for guest network was up and running without any faults and everything was online.

The manager was very rude when I pushed the help bell several times, not hearing it untill he was closer after pushing it several times and when he came around the corner and rudely told me I only needed to press it once, how was I to know. Didn't want to give me a receipt when I asked. The wallpaper was peeling in our room and in hallway by the pool. The breakfast was a joke, eggs were cold, butter was frozen, pancake machine was broken. Went to McDonald's for a better breakfast. This is one place we will never stay at again

This is not a fancy place, though the very reasonable price includes breakfast, and there is an indoor swimming pool and access to a computer. The bed was comfortable, and the staff courteous. It's the best value for the money in the Quad Cities, as far as I know.

Best Western hotels are independently owned, so you never know what you are going to get. Only half of the front door was working during our stay...not a great first impression. Our room was neat and clean but had a musty smell, probably because it was next to the pool room which had lots of dust bunnies and window condensation. Breakfast was a meager selection and even worse on the second day. Some room doors wrre left open so we saw construction and what appeared to be a long-term squatter based on the smell. There was also some sort of military unit staying and thumping around in gear; they were disappointed in breakfast too. If you only plan to sleep here, it's a good price. But if you have kids and need to be around for breakfast, naps, and the pool, then look elsewhere.

My room was on second floor and there is no elevator. I’m not sure this is legal with the Disability Laws. I needed transportation to the airport (2 miles away). Blizzard conditions were happening and was told I’d have to walk to the bus terminal. Fortunately I was able to Lyft my way.

The front desk attendent also served as the chef and the cleaning staff. He came to fill the eggs warmer with his winter parka on. I question the cleanliness. The breakfast was disappointing. Very limited. Coffee watered down. Eggs rubbery. They were supposed to serve breakfast until 9:30. We went down at 9:20 and it was completely cleaned up. The hotel in general needs updating.

We apologize for any inconvenience but but during your stay the weather was very cold outside and cold air entering building and our office is very close to front entrance would be the reason our staff wearing jacket or coat.

As a diabetic, breakfast was not up to standard. The eggs were watery and had a gross texture. There was nothing else to really choose from for me to eat! Hotel was great until the morning of 1/10/24. I was woken up by knocking on doors at 415 in the morning.
