"Donna is a star! She greeted us upon arrival, asking us about our day /travels in New Zealand as well as our plans along with her sweet dog, Trixie. The place itself was very spacious and clean. Donna gave us a run down of the kitchen, complementary breakfast and TV. The bed was so comfortable and came with extra pillows in the closet.easy check-in and check-out process. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay there!"

"Booked due to high ratings but arrived to a dilapidated building (for sale) with entrance off a gravel alley in center of town. Entry filled with bird poop and glass door. Unit is on first floor and there is no AC. We couldn’t leave doors and windows open for security concerns as the unit opens to sidewalk. Furniture, rug and accents were worn and shabby. The kitchen was recently renovated but didn’t stay to find out how everything worked. We left after a couple hours as we didn’t feel safe to...
