Very clean, new tile floors. We loved the ranch house/rooster decor. Kitchen was fully stocked, all appliances worked well. There were several inviting sitting areas for games, eating, reading. We loved sipping our coffee on the front porch listening to the birds. We wanted a quiet, cozy place to relax, and it was perfect for this. On our last day we could hear the raceway, but not during our stay during the week. Breakfast was provided the first morning, and not just a granola bar and yogurt, but bacon, eggs, juice, coffee, and English muffins. Chavonne provided lots of helpful information about her place and about places to eat and visit. We're very happy with our stay!

We had a great time. There was 4 adults and 2 dogs. There is plenty of room to roam. The house is fully stocked which is a nice added bonus.

Would stay again

Host was nice, communicative, and the place had everything we needed. There was even eggs, bacon, OJ, english muffins, and a few other snacks in the fridge for us. Beds were large and I don't have any complaints. We had a race 30 mins away in Lake Hughes and needed a place to stay close by.The only way to the bathroom is through one of the bedrooms but that wasn't an issue for us.

Best Place I’ve stayed at.

This cozy place brought us a great place to make family memories. The hosts were very friendly and even provided breakfast provisions. My grandkids loved the safe area to run and play. Definitely a place we will stay at again for future trips.

Perfect Homestead!

This is a lovely, quiet place where you feel like you've stepped into Rosamond of yesteryear, yet just down the street are shops and restaurants. Chavonne is absolutely wonderful and made the stay even better. We'll definitely go back when we're in the Antelope Valley again!

The Perfect Place

My daughter (14), my friend Kayla & I wanted to see the super bloom. It has been on my bucket list for a long time! We came from Ventura, with our 2 dogs, one of which is a 4 month old puppy. It was spring break & wouldn't you know we spiked fevers the day we left, determined to go although we felt pretty terrible. This place was absolutely PERFECT. The beds were dreamy & we had everything we needed. The property is so lovely & dealing with the flu with two young dogs was fine, they ran around all day while we ate popsicles in the giant bed & watched movies. The kitchen had everything we needed. When researching places, I was delighted to see that they welcomed dogs & even had poop bags & treats. The local hotels were about $85/night & all I can say is that I am so happy we found this place. We did make it to the park & we plan on returning next year. This is so much a "home away from home" & I can't wait to go back. The owners are so nice & accommodating. Thank you!!!

Exactly what we were looking for!!

This rental was exactly what we wanted and needed- something remote and away from the city’s hustle and bustle with a desert feel. Chavonne was kind, helpful, and so accommodating. The home was clean, serene, and peaceful. Thank you so much!!!

Great Hospitality!

We were in the area for softball and this was a great place to come back to unwind, cook, and get out of the heat. It really felt like a 2nd home. Chavonne was super on top of things and was always there if we needed anything. We were able to BBQ, play board games, watch tv, host friends, roast marshmallows, cook meals inside (beats eating out all the time). Lots of elbow room. Beds were super comfy too. Would stay again if given the opportunity!

Cute ranch house

We stayed one night in this home with our 3 month old baby and dog. The yard was fenced in and perfect for our dog. The house was comfortable and has a great outdoor patio (which is perfect for early mornings in the high desert). Would definitely book again if we are needing to stay in the area.

Great place to stay

This was our second stay at this place. We picked it because it is very close to the Willow Springs International Raceway and the property is fenced so we can let our dogs run a bit outside. The home is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The interior is charming with very pleasant decorations. The property is nice and big and we can play chuck-it with the pups. The outdoor kennel is also great to leave the pups if you want to go have dinner. Overall Chavonne is an execellent host and she makes you feel really cared for. We loved our first two stays and we'll be definitely reserving it again for future track days, if it is available.

Fun in the desert!

I really cannot express how amazing Chavonne was during our stay. We asked where we could purchase a cooler and she allowed us to borrow one. We mentioned we may go to the beach and an umbrella, wagon and beach towels showed up at our door. We loved the property and our young children enjoyed the space to roam! They picked delicious berries from the orchard and ran around playing every morning in the very large yard. We stayed at this property while our oldest son attended a camp at The Painted Turtle. While we were there we visited the Voyager Restaurant, Fosters Freeze and DryTown waterpark- all on Chavonne's suggestion-and we enjoyed every one. We also made a day trip (about a 2.5 hour drive) to Corona Del Mar Beach which was fabulous. We highly recommend this property! It met our needs very well and we were very comfortable. Happy travels!

Wonderful Hospitality

Thank you so much for an incredible visit! Chavonne was accommodating and helpful before we even arrived, helping with advice on the local area. When we arrived the kitchen was stocked with delicious breakfast item, such a treat! Even though they were out of town, she continued to stay in touch and ensure our stay was great and we had everything we needed. I really couldn't have asked for a better hostess! Thank you so much!
