Apartment under pool

Apartment clean , Comfortable beds - TV in each room. Ten minutes walk from shop and restaurants. twenty minutes from beach . Small pool and surrounding seating area with sun beds through gates needing key to access. No outside area apart from this so apartment more suitable for teenagers/ adults. Plenty crockery glasses etc .noise from coaches turning outside occasionally at night due to hotel at end cul de sac. parking on street no problem . We like to have a bit of garden so that we can sit out at breakfast etc so wouldn’t come again for that reason and would probably look for villa but we would recommend if you are happy not to have that facility .

Lovely Apartment, well equipped & spotlessly clean

Fantastic apartment. Very clean & contains everything you could possibly need. Very helpful host, who accepted a very last minute booking when our booked accommodation proved not fit for purpose. Really easy access to Puerto Rico beach front & a whole raft of restaurants are close by. Fully airconditioned & smart tv in each room, so can watch a film with your afternoon siesta. Absolutely love it Thanks Paul

Great location and great owner

We had a wonderful 9 nights at this location, 10 min walk to the coast, bars and restraunts 4 mins away, very safe area too. Everything you could want is at the property, air con in every room, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, the list goes on. The owner, Paul, was very quick to respond to any query and when we did have a problem, he sorted it within the hour and made a very generous gesture. We could not recommend him too highly.

Paul the owner is very helpful there was water, milk and tea and coffee provided on arrival. Location good, well equipped pool area good but could do with some Parasols and new sun beds

Relaxing time with friends

We were 4 friends looking for some sun after the long winter months and had a good time in the apartment. Two of the four bedrooms have windows, the others are in the back of the building. Very well equipped with anything you could need - 4 modern TVs, lots of clean towels, beach umbrella, blankets and pillows. We all slept well in our beds. AC throughout. To the city beach by foot takes 10-15 minutes. We had a car and preferred to go to Playa Amadores, which is amazing and only 15mins by car. We would stay there again.

Nice place

Our family, with 4 grown up kids, had a great time in this apartment. There was room enough fore everyone, and the boys enjoyed spending time at the pool. It didn’t bothered us that we had to have our morningkaffe at the pavement, we just enjoyed the sun.

Lovely well equipped apartment

There were 8 of us in total- 6 adults and 2 kids. The living space was smaller than I had thought but we managed. Paul the owner was super responsive to anything we needed. The apartment is really well equipped with spare sun cream, washing powder and some other essentials. The pool is literally on the roof of the apartment and we had it to ourselves most days. It’s quite hilly in the area so one of the guests who uses a stick struggled a little, although the apartment itself is on one level so great. Would definitely recommend this apartment to rent.

From home to home

We have just had 3 lovely weeks in this apartment and had a very relaxed time there. We found the apartment to be very well furnished and equipped. We liked the quality of the beds and there were lots of clothes hangers too. The well equipped kitchen works for people like us wishing to cook and feel at home for a reasonably long stay. And the TV is a real gem too. Paul is very attentive to his guests. He provided us with prompt replies for all the details we needed as one of the group uses a mobility scooter. Paul was also in contact with us when there was a minor issue with the workings of the TV. Hope to go back there next year.

Feile bilder. 2 av soverommene var uten vinduer. På det innerste soverommet virket ikke AC. Begge badene trenger nye toalett seter. Dusjen i det innerste badet manglet "tap" for regulering av varmt og kaldt vann. Vår "uteplass" var på fortauet på en snuplass. Skulle gjerne hatt et par stoler og et lite plast bord til kaffe utendørs. Vi brukte spisestue stoler og en liten gardintrapp til bord. I følge bildene så var vi ikke klar over at ute plassen vår var på tak terrassen (som var veldig bra). Men litt ubeleilig å komme til med morgenkaffen. Vennligst opplys neste leietaker om manglende vinduer i to soverommene. Dette er forresten ulovlig i Norge. Pluss at det tredje badet er lik dusj og vask på et av soverommene, og ikke et separat bad. Dette til info. På vegne av alle fire damer - hilsen Elin Pluss en ting til. Vennligst oppdater "brukerpermen" med mer detaljert info vedr TV. Pluss legg til land koden på telefon numrene.

Lovely Apartment Great Location

What a great place! we have just returned from a 10 night stay here and would definitely return, its a good size and worked perfectly for our family of 6, the apartment has everything that you need is clean and in a great location being only a ten minute walk to the beach and restaurants and supermarket only 5 mins, the boys 9, 11 & 12 enjoyed the pool area to themselves most afternoons and we were comfortable for them be up there alone as its very safe and secure, Paul the owner is fab!!! allowing us to check in early and helping out when halfway to the airport I thought I had left my handbag in the apartment. Thanks for a lovely stay we will be back !

Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic 10 days at this apartment. Paul, the owner, was really helpful and everything was exactly as listed. The manager was also on hand to help if we needed her, once we arrived. The location is quiet and peaceful but close enough to the shops, bars and beach to have everything you need. We were a family group of 5 adults and a toddler, and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The shared pool is easy to access and really great for the adults to relax by, and the small pool is perfect for children. I’d really recommend this place for a reasonably priced family holiday.

Stayed Aug 18: family of 6

We loved our stay in Puerto Rico! The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The location is great: only a short walk from all the main attractions. There is also a smaller commercial centre locally with a large supermarket and range of very nice restaurants. Also the host Paul, was friendly and helpful. He was in touch with us during our stay, giving us helpful information about restaurants, places to visit and how to use the facilities within the house. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool directly above the accommodation, using it most days. The satellite TV was also a godsend as my father was happy to stay indoors during the hottest days and watch some sports. Every channel you could possibly want was available and very simple to use via the internet TV. All in all the apartment and location were great and I would recommend staying here. Trevor, Wales

Lots of space

The apartment had plenty of room, had a few higups with the WiFi, however I spoke to the owner and had it resolved, it was clean but did find two cockroaches which is unstandable because it was still hot,so didn’t let it bother us, I think the pregnant stray cat may have let them away, pool was lovely and cleaned daily. We would recommend to a friend, eating out we found a English cafe red rose which served English breakfast no complaints, I’m just waiting for our £100 for no damages
