Awesome

Over a 100 shops and restaurant within 5 minutes, beach is really nice, food is great, only issue is is over 60 years difficult going up the steps.

Great apartment in a fabulous location just a few minutes walk to the beach, bus station, supermarket and numerous reataurants.We really enjoyed eating & enjoying the sunshine on the large balcony.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and in a quiet location just 5 mins walk from the beach. The apartment is accessed via steep steps which may not make it suitable for everyone but we loved it. Just one small communication issue. The owner didn't send check in instructions until prompted then offered an airport transfer but changed it to a taxi transfer at the last minute. The taxi was then late arriving. We loved the apartment and it's great location.

Puerto Morgan

The apartment is located in the heart of the town and minutes to everything (beach, marina, restaurants, bars, stores, supermarkets etc.). It was clean and airy with a large deck that had sun from early morning to late afternoon. It came equipped with all amenities that could reasonably be expected.An underground parking garage is a couple hundred meters away and has parking available at a reasonable price.We enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend the property.

November 2024 stay at Las Caracolas

We stayed at Las Caracolas for 2 weeks at the end of November having stayed at other Mogan properties before. We found the accommodation to be very good with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the excellent views from the balcony. It is a stones throw from all the best restaurants and handy for the beach and the supermarket. Arrival and departure instructions were clear and even though we had no issues, we knew that Tino was on hand in case we needed anything, We aim to go back next year

Comfort and Convenience

The property is perfect and so convenient for bars and restaurants. Two flights of steps might be a problem for some people but the view is great when you are up there.

Just great

Perfect accommodation, really only 2 mins to the beach. I was worried because someone left a review saying it's difficult to walk up hill. I was with my 80 year old father and he had no difficulties walking up the few stairs. Great terrace that had sun from 8.45am till 4pm (in December).

Fantastische plek en heerlijk appartement

Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door Carmen, de moeder van Tino, naar het appartement gebracht waar een heerlijk flesje wijn voor ons stond en een gevulde fruitschaal. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping, mooi appartement en volledig ingericht. Groot balkon en om deze tijd van het jaar ( eind oktober) heb je de zon tot 17 uur. Goede bedden wat voor mij ook belangrijk is. 1x per week komt Carmen de bedden verschonen en de fruitschaal weer vullen😉 ik als fruit liefhebber was daar heel blij mee. Mango's, drakenfruit en sinaasappel. Er is ook een wasmachine, wat ik echt een plus vind. Nog geen 5 minuten van het strand, waar je bedden met parasol kan huren. We hebben ook prachtig weer gehad, tussen de 24 en 31 graden! We komen hier zeker terug! Dank je wel Carmen & Tino

Perfect Place

We stayed at Tino's place at the end of Jan 2022. Its perfectly positioned for Puerto de Mogan, being only a couple of minutes walk into the Marina or Beach. It is the top floor apartment, so great views down towards the marina. As its about 100m from marina it is very quiet at night. The terrace is great with a dining table and 4 chairs, plus 2 sun loungers. It also has a remote control sun shade. At this time of year we kept the sun till about 4pm before it went behind the hill behind the apartment. The only point that I would make (not a problem for us) is that to access the apartment you need to go up a steep hill/stairs for about 20m which could be an issue for the elderly etc.. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again Tino for a great stay.
