"Accommodations were perfect for me and my dog. Very well appointed. Even though it was on Main Street it was surprisingly quiet after dark. We walked everywhere. Owners were very easy to communicate with. And over-the-top with dog friendly amenities"

"I was overall impressed with this space. It was very clean, including the hot tub, which is not always the case when you’re renting so I really appreciated that. The location and view of the mountains is to die for I loved how the house was set up in a way that you’re always looking out a window at the mountain no matter what room you’re in. It really created the perfect birthday weekend for me and my friends! Highly recommend "

"The house was larger than I expected. Very nice accommodations. The star is the outdoor space. The access to the river is fantastic. You can wade out or easily fish from the banks. Outdoor seating everywhere. Though the house has other homes around it, it feels very secluded. The hot tub is private while trees have leaves. The firepit area is completely private. "Mediocre. The room is too warm and stuffy, air conditioner doesnt work well at all. Bedding, sheets, towels etc were clean. Bed was comfortable though. Hard to see parking lot entrance is hard to see in the dark."

"The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir "

We loved watching the stunning sunrise views over the mountains from the deck, stargazing from the swings, and exploring Great Sand Dunes NP, which was conveniently close by (less than 30 min drive).
