"Girgio hat uns eine sehr suveräne Übergabe zu seinem Ferienhaus gemacht, so dass wir uns sehr schnell eingewöhnen und den Urlaub von Anfang an genießen konnten. So ein perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer hatten wir noch nie und wir machen seit Jahren Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen. Set in large grounds, close (10 mins drive) to several shops, restaurants and towns such as Ispica and Modica, it is a great and luxurious place to stay in Sicily. "Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Leider war im Inserat nicht geschrieben, dass der Pool nicht geöffnet ist im November. Jedoch haben die Gastgeber uns einen zusätzlichen Spa-Tag gewährt. Wir hätten gerne direkt eine Woche drangehängt."

"De huisjes waren echt prachtig, zwembad groot en de buitenruimtes mooi en super ingericht, er kunnen wel wat veel vliegen buiten zitten. Communicatie met eigenaar was snel en afstand naar Modica prima. Wasmachine werkte goed en bedden lagen heerlijk. Pas wel erg op bij de trap in het middelste huisje. Daar kun je makkelijk vallen. En zorg dat je altijd de sleutels in de voordeuren doet want de deur heeft geen klink om te openen. voor 2 gezinnen een aanrader."

"De villa lag op een groot mooi aangelegd perceel met veel bomen en natuurlijke schaduw. Heerlijk groot zwembad. Slaapkamers hadden allemaal airconditioning en eigen badkamer. Villa is ruim opgezet. Op een half uur rijden van de villa liggen steden zoals Modica, Noto en Ragusa. De villa heeft veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht."

We initially were a little tentative because we didn't see other reviews on the property, but we were so glad that we ultimately booked this because it worked perfectly for our family of 4. Maria di Modica is a beautiful spot, the beach is gorgeous, and restaurants and the town is charming. We would definitely stay here again!"
