The hotel was quick to get to off the I-5 . The room felt clean the carpets could be replaced, the bed was comfortable . When we went in our room the key did not work and we just pushed the door open , it did lock with the deadbolt once in the room !! The sink area is out side of the shower and toilet which I normally don't like but this time it was ok because there was such a bad smell from with the toilet or shower drain not sure which . We checked in at 600 and there was a power failure shortly after it , that came back on are 9:30 pm . In the morning when to check out we were in the 3 rd floor and the elevator had a sign on it saying because of the power outage the elevator was not working so we had to haul all our stuff down the stairs . Upon check out there was no mention of all the inconveniences .... kinda frustrating ,

The front desk person was very welcoming and excellent. The breakfast was good and coffee was fresh. The room was comfortable.

A very good stay.
For an overnight I-5 travelers' stay, it is rrasonably priced, comfortable, clean, good-warm breakfast. It is a very good stay.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and was disappointed. Front desk guy was a little rude although I could see he was.trying to be helpful to other guests. The bathroom had a horrible stench. Bathroom door doesn't stay open. The bed was comfortable and overall room was clean. Not an 8 star (review) hotel.

Staff was very helpful and informed. The room was clean and stocked with extra towels and all that we needed. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of good options. The hotel is near the interstate but very quiet. A convenient place to stop for the night.

The staff was great. The property was clean. When we stepped into the room it smelled gross. It was the bathroom there is just a weird smell. My friend said it reminded her of sulfur. The smell reminded me of a septic tank. It was truly unpleasant throughout our stay.

murky water
Hotel was fine, service was fine - but… city had issues with water system and water was murky and unsafe. We couldn’t take a shower and the next morning there was supposed to be dry grabbed to go breakfast but I saw nothing available. :(
