"Despite the rain we had a fantastic time in this excellent property. Well equipped and maintained professionally. My wife has limited mobility and was able to move around the property using sticks and a walker with no issues. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower which she could easily use with a shower seat as she was able to walk right up with the walker. "Fantastic location & views. Very basic which let it down. Not great when you travelled 4hrs on the road & not find any milk in fridge for a cup of tea. Lovely shower but all the mould let it down (even the fake plant was covered in mould). Tiny bath towels and no blind on window,Hole in fence has not been fixed but some broken chairs put in front which didn't take my dogs long to figure out & no outside light in garden so i had to use my phone torch to make sure they did not escape at night....

"Loved our stay. Our first family trip away with our 10 week old baby and even she loved it. We had everything we needed at our finger tips. The only slight downfall was the Wi-Fi connection. It was quite hard to connect to and very slow. Being in an area with poor reception for data, the Wi-Fi was definitely needed but we both struggled to get any use out of it. Amazing place though, would recommend. "

"What a lovely place in a beautiful location, west side of the Lake District. All the home comforts you could need including reclining sofa and a washing machine! "Lovely cottage, well-equipped. Wonderful position for walking straight from the cottage, and the valley with its birdsong and red squirrels is a joy.
