The space was large enough to hold our 7 family members. All of the beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. We had issues getting into the house as the door key code provided was not correct. There were several maintenance issues that needed attention. When we identified that the microwave handle was broken, the owner quickly brought a new microwave.

The house is in a great location if you are visiting a student at USA. The house is roomy, but as mentioned in other reviews, is a bit run down. The kitchen is stocked sparsely. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, just not excellent compared to other rentals, especially for the cost.

We didn't have any pets. The pool area was clean and relaxing. We had a lot of problems with the front door electronic lock and overall security. The front door is broken and needs replacement. The rest of the house was great. I would stay there again. If the door was fixed. Nice spacious rooms. Kitchen had all the essential for meals.

Stayed here with my tennis team for regionals championship. The location was ideal as it was very close to the tennis center, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house itself was somewhat rundown. On the outside it looked neglected. The outside trash cans were overflowing and very smelly when we arrived. The front door was split at the lock and frame like someone had kicked the door in. Did not feel safe. The pool needed cleaning and the deck had holes in various spots. The lounge chairs by the pool were either broken or rusted through. The fence around the house was falling apart in some spots and there was old pool equipment junking up the yard.There were enough beds for all nine of us, although one of the sleeping spaces was supposed to be a futon that was broken and so dirty looking that no one wanted to sit on it let alone sleep on it. Also, there were small things like one of the bathrooms looked like someone stopped painting halfway through, outlet covers were missing, tables with lamps were nowhere near an outlet, one of the shower curtains was moldy and soap scummy (we went out and bought a new one), there were no dressers or closets to put clothes in, one of the toilets was cracked and a bathroom floor was dirty. There wasn’t enough seating for everyone and even though some of the photos of the house have chairs in the living room, they weren’t there. Will definitely look for other lodgings next time we’re in Mobile.

Close to Courts

Overall, this place fit all of our needs. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for our tennis team. The location could not have been better to get to the Mobile Tennis Center.

Clean, convenient, and roomy!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience to the tennis courts, the large table and space for our group, and the pool. It was a little outdated, but we enjoyed it.

Clean but needs work

My family was in search of 2 nights of lodging fairly close to the church and home of our recently deceased relative. Though hotel housing was available, our family prefers to be under one roof whenever possible as the comfort of family is preferable for grieving as well as celebrations. Our family has rented several locations over the years. There were not many choices in the area and we selected your accommodations for this stay. We had four major problems during our stay: The door would not lock (batteries needed to be replaced), as a backup, the keys in the lock box were not obtainable (due being given the wrong code), there were no sheets for the futon (delivered later), the upstairs toilet stopped working (repair person had to get a part to fix it). These issues were responded to and corrected in an expediate manner and we appreciated the quick response but these repairs had to be completed while we were not in the home and service people had to enter among our things without supervision which is never desirable. There are at least three safety features that need to be corrected. This is an old house & there may be the occasional bug but roaches on the bedding are unacceptable, there are two big holes in the deck and the step down from the kitchen to the living space should be mentioned in the listing and several family members stubbled due to the hard to distinguish ledge. Duplicate pictures of the same room for no reason. Clean but would not rebook this location.

Not a nought space for 3 vehicles I was notice that was space for 6 vehicles and street parking, the was no parking tow away zone, the code for the door takes 3 o 4 time to open, I found roaches in tha house, spider on the bed, and the deck ai sefety with couple holes rotten wood.

Beautiful Home

It was very nice and very clean we appreciate Brittany for bringing us extra towels also and all the accommodations made for the stay ! Plent of space and just like pictured! We enjoy our mini get away all together here! The kids loved the pool it’s massive!
