This property is significantly misrepresented in the listing and appears unsafe and unsanitary.When our group of five guests arrived, the home was in severe disrepair. Exterior furniture was covered with mold, leaves, and debris. Several windows appeared to be painted over so people could not see inside.Inside the home, the couches had visible bodily fluid & or urine stains, the rugs were extremely dirty, and the property appeared poorly maintained. The walls and ceilings showed water damage, rain rot, and possible mold that raised safety concerns.The condition of the home was completely different from the listing photos. Because of these conditions we could not stay in the property and left immediately. We immediately reported this to Patriot family Homes when we arrived at the home, I called them to let them know of conditions. They asked for photos and videos which I immediately provided. The management said they would not provide alternative solution for us and would not offer a refund. We then had to find a hotel.This listing should be reviewed by Trust & Safety for significant misrepresentation and health/safety concerns.
