The area isn’t too bad , It is close to restaurant and major road but I did not like the outside of the hotel.

Under renovation
The hotel is undergoing renovations and I wasn’t informed when making the reservation. The check in area was a little podium in a construction area and the restaurant and bar were completely inaccessible. Very disappointing!

The Expedia reservation I submitted NEVER came through. I did it twice and when I arrived at the hotel No reservation was shown. very disturbing.

Mobile Marriott
The hotel was booked for a king size bed, however we were given two full size beds, and told the computer generated it because we used a third party website. We traveled with friends and asked if we could all be within close proximity on the same floor. That did not happen, we were all on separate floors. When we asked why, again because it was computer generated. We were under the impression there was a free continental breakfast, but that was not the case. There was also an issue with our room door not locking properly. We did make the front desk aware, and we were offered a new room.

I’ve stayed in mini Marriott and this was my far the most comfortable room I’ve had. The bed along with the pillows made my night sleep on the phone.

Comfortable and cool room.
The hotel room was comfortable. The only real negative was the hair conditioner dispenser was empty. I was disappointed there wasn't room service, but I went down to the restaurant, and the food was good. They need to update their phones as they still had a button for room service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mobile Hotel Marriott, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. I'd like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the check-in clerk, who made my stay truly memorable. First and foremost, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The clerk was extremely courteous and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made me feel valued as a guest right from the beginning. Moreover, the clerk went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences. They took note of my room preferences and made sure to assign me a room that exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. The Mobile Hotel Marriott itself was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The amenities offered were top-notch, including a fitness center, a refreshing pool, and a variety of dining options that catered to different tastes. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently situated in a vibrant area with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. It provided a perfect base for exploring the city while offering a peaceful.

The hot water in our room did not work. We moved to a dufferent room. The air conditioner isnt working here. There are no ice machines. You have to pay for ice at the bar in the lobby even if you bring your own cup. Not happy at all

At check in, the gentleman at the desk went above and beyond to find me a suitable room that I was comfortable in. I wish I knew his name but that really meant so much to me! Wonderful place to stay, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

When we arrived there were several people waiting in line to check in and it became clear very quick that they were all upset because the room they had reserved (two double beds) was not available. Like the others we had to accept a room we did not reserve. The room was moderately clean except for things like a sink that barely drained and a booger on the wall near the lamp. There were no working ice machines on floors 4 - 9. There was so much noise up until about 11:30 and starting at about 8:30/9ish. In the morning we were greeted with the wafting smell of pot in the hallway as we left - our 8 year old was asking about the smell.
