  • This centrally located quiet 5 bedroom townhouse is a favourite amongst travellers, especially being located 500m from the main street and supermarket.
    Large group bookings are our specialty with guests booking for - boys trips, girls weekends away, multiple families staying in one home, weddings etc. Relax and unwind around the salt water pool and bbq area. Enjoy free wifi, Stan, luxury linen, air con/heating, board games, ceiling fans and more.

    GUEST ACCESS
    You have private access to this townhouse and carport. Base price is for four people (Bedroom 1 and 2). If any additional bedrooms or beds are needed/used, you agree when booking that they will be charged as per below. Bedrooms not booked will be locked.
    1-4 guests = 2 bedrooms/queen beds (shared ensuite)
    5-6 guests = 3 bedrooms/queen beds
    7-8 guests = 4 bedrooms/queen beds
    9-10 guests = 5 bedrooms - 4 queen beds, 1 double bunk bed
    11 guests = as above and 1 single bunk bed
    12 guests = as above and 1 single bunk bed
    13 guests = as above and 1 single bunk bed
    14-15 guests = as above and 1 double electric blow up mattress
    If you require more beds please book for that number of guests eg. 3 people need 3 seperate beds/rooms book for 5 people (prices shown when selected correct number of people/beds, $65 per person per night when needing more beds).
    Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra ($65 per infant per night). Cot and white noise machine available upon request, charges apply.
    Pets are only allowed downstairs but not in the bedrooms or on furniture. $50 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges.
    Pool and BBQ (shared) open 9am-8pm
    3 night minimum - Special events and long weekends
    4 night minimum stay - Easter, Melbourne Cup and New Years

    We aim to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. We will provide you with a very personalised and professional service. Depending on your needs we can offer you as much or as little assistance as you require. 
    We’re available anytime during your stay to answer questions, offer advice on the best day spa or coffee in town or anything else you may need assistance with. There's also a folder with a house manual, brochures, tourist guides and maps etc if you need any further information.
    We cannot guarantee we will be available in person during your stay.

    GUEST SAFETY
    Exterior cameras operate 24/7 and cover the entire perimeter of the home.

    Guests must climb stairs

    – Access only to beds paid for (view Guest Access)
    – All guests need to be added to the booking under their Airbnb accounts
    – 3 night minimum - Special events, long weekends and New Years
    – 4 night minimum stay - Easter and Melbourne Cup weekend
    – Leave it in the condition you arrived and follow checkout instructions to avoid cleaning charges
    – Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from us
    - Pets not allowed upstairs, on carpet or furniture. $50 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges
    - Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra ($65 per infant per night)
    - Booking will be canceled with no refund if guests are smoking at the home
    – A security deposit of $1,000 is due 7 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded within 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access have been followed and the home is not damaged.

    There's a House Manual and information folder with brochures and maps of Echuca Moama inside the townhouse. Here’s a link to our website for things to do whilst in Echuca called ‘Echuca Info’ www.emha.com.au.
    All pantry and fridge items come complimentary with your booking and are not single use to protect our environment, so please enjoy these whilst keeping them clean for the next guest.

    We supply linen and bathroom towels, please bring your own pool/swimming towels.

    Check in is from 3pm, if you need an earlier check in please message us on the day of arrival and we'll do our best to get you in early.

    Front door is located around the corner from the carport. You may park your car in the carport or on the street, you cannot park anywhere else in the complex.

    Key lock code - 868, attached to the front wire door (self checkin and to leave key when checking out).

Perfect home for families.

We absolutely loved our stay and this home. Jess was fantastic with communication and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was amazing. The walking track to the main street was beautiful and the area was so peaceful and quiet. Thanks again, we'll be back.

Sunny Shackell Echuca

Staying at Sunny Shackell Echuca was a great experience. Jess's (contact) communication was fantastic, always with quick responses, helpful and pleasant. The unit was clean, comfortable, great location and safe, very quiet at night. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this unit.

Stay somewhere else!

If you book this apartment expect stuff ups! Site says check in at one time then owner messages and says you can’t have it till an hour after stated time due to cleaner apparently. We worked with owner in regards to this. When we got to the property there was a hole in the wall, electric bed didn’t work properly. Payment for this was a nightmare took money out of my account for what is now thought to be security deposit but didn’t take money out for actual stay. Refunds security deposit and then six weeks later expected payment in two days without prior notice or any invoices sent In the mean time and threatens to send you to debt collector if money not paid in owners time frame, and informed by booking agency this was an error by booking manager. Is not really close to town centre, trailer parking not really trailer parking and was lucky to squeeze our 7x5 trailer on designated area with a bit of manoeuvring and is literally just stones on garden bed at the front door. We left property in clean neat manner with rubbish placed out in big bins.

clean and tidy 2 bedroom one bathroom flat bit o fa drive to the historic port but great being so close to the walking trails on the Campaspe river

Perfect for a short stay with a small dog

This place is not too far away from where all the action is on High Street and is far enough away to be quiet and peaceful in the evenings. It’s a good spot for a couple to stay with a small dog and the unit is well-appointed. The property manager is excellent - friendly, courteous and communicates promptly, with nothing being too much of a fuss.
