A wonderful rental! It is convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. The host was prompt in answering questions I had and giving directions for checking in and out. Beds and living areas were comfortable and so clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We throughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable surroundings and all the amenities of home. Cloee to downtown and all the nearby attractions. Only negative is the water pressure in the showers was pathetic.

We are 2 couples that travel a lot. We were in town to go off roading on the trails. The house location was great. The house was clean and a great floor plan. The beds were amazing. We really appreciated them after spend the day on the trails. We will be back!

Kitchen was set up with all needed eqipment,pots and pans, dinnerware etc. There were alot of basic cooking spices. Refrigerator was spotless.House/unit was very clean and nice decor

Great place.

Very convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. I highly recommend this property!

We had a great time. Good location not far from town or trails. New building in quiet neighborhood. Lots of 4x4 vehicles in area. Very clean and nicely appointed. Would use same rental again in future.

Wonderful Stay!

We totally enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean, well stocked, nice furnishings & comfortable bed. We loved the two outdoor patio areas. The pool was clean & refreshing! It is located very close to downtown Moab, but in a quiet area. Would absolutely stay here again. Moab’a beauty is unforgettable!

5 stars except for the cell coverage

We enjoyed every aspect of this property except having to drive a few miles down the road to make a phone call. We have Verizon and had 0-1 bar throughout the home, other than that, we loved our stay here. Very clean, well appointed, super comfortable beds and great linens. This complex is located at one end of Moab which could be why there wasn’t coverage til you got a little closer to town. We’d rent here again if they’ve added a closer cell tower.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is well equipped. The HVAC blower/fan isquite loud, especially on the first floor, but the system did keep the unit comfortable on MOAB days. The patio has nice views at this time, though that may change when/if new units are built to the south. There is considerable noise from highway 191.

Short Stay in Moab

We had a short stay in Moab. The property was located just off the main highway that runs through Moab. Unfortunately, it was a little too close. It was a noisy all night. Also, the pull out bed was one of the wire metal frame beds. The two teens on it were not comfortable and were put off by all the crumbs on the bed when we opened it up. They ultimately decided to just sleep on the couches rather than on the bed. Otherwise, the property was clean and the check in/out process was super easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a trip long in the making. My 81 yr old dad had wanted to see Arches for a long time. We were able to make it coincide with my parent's 60th anniversary year.Our rental was very clean, comfortable and affordable. It is a 2 story condo but we managed it well. I noticed many of the condo rentals in moab are 2 story. We had great views of the La Sal mountains. It was nice that my husband and I and my parents had our own master suites. So bathroom privacy was appreciated. We used the well stocked kitchen almost every morning to cook breakfast before setting out on our excursions. We did have a slight glitch with the forgotten set of amenities for the bathrooms and kitchen but it was quickly resolved.The management company and staff was helpful and responded in a timely manner every time I called with a question.It was so nice to come back to a space we could spread out and relax after our outings. We all enjoyed the condo very much and would use VRC again.
