It was nice to be out of town. It provided us with a place to sleep, shower, and a place to cook. It was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

GORGEOUS VIEWS
The views from this place are amazing from the sunrises, sunsets, and stars at night. Super close to Arches and a beautiful drive to Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park which blew our minds. Do not miss Dead Horse. The house has everything you need and the beds are super comfortable. It is close to 191 and there is some street noise when outside but the scenery will totally distract you from it. Don't let that discourage you. You Can not hear any noise while inside. Great place to stay. Highly recommend

Unbeatable Views
So convenient for mountain biking (right out the back door). Unbeatable views. Amazing stars without light pollution. Easy to get to Arches and Canyonlands. The house is well equipped for cooking about anything. Love this place.

Perfect vacation home!!
This place was absolutely perfect! Close enough to Moab for easy shopping and eating out, right across the street from Canyonlands entrance, and 10 minutes from Arches. There’s a washer and dryer with all the supplies you need, the kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware you’d need, the views are incredible and they even left out some firewood for us to have a bonfire! Will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends!

Amazing house and property!!
What a beautiful house and location! Our family stayed here for a week and we had such a blast. The kitchen was well stocked and house was super clean. The backyard, 38 acres, was so fun to play in. We took lots of hikes and rode our toys all through the desert! We plan on staying here again. Highly recommend this home.

GREAT place
I loved this place. Out on the open plains. No body around. Tons of stars at night. Nice house set up. The solar lanterns are key!! Very helpful both day and night. Nice deck with ample seating. Kitchen has what you need to cook. Grill and fire pit outside. Close enough but far enough away from the rush. Takes maybe 15 minutes to drive to town. I’d stay here, again and again. Thanks Mike for sharing your home with us.

Perfect place to experience Moab
Lovely open plan full of windows and light making it feel as if you are part of the environment! Fun landscape to explore and view from the deck out back. My teens were happy with all the amenities and places to run and play. We never tired taking in all the sites! Close to both Canyonlands (25) and Arches (10 mins). Walking Main Street in DT Moab was nice if you want to buy some Touristy things , but if you like beer checkout the Moab Brewery! All in all a fantastic stay at Namaste Rock.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable
The deck alone is worth the price of the rental! About 180 degree view, including Arches National Park (you can even see an arch) and the La Sal Mountains. There are really comfortable lounge chairs that we sat in, wrapped up in the yoga blankets the owner provides, to watch the sunrise over Arches. In the evening, the opposite sunset colors everything. The house is bright and airy, with a wall of windows, and nicely-equipped. And about 10 minutes from the entrance to the Park and a little more into Moab. So glad we chose to stay there! It is hard to find, so plan to get there before dark. The owner was very responsive when we called to ask for help finding it and with one other question while we were there. Great place to stay.

Pinnacle Plateau for Us
Upon arrival, we were met with an expansive natural rock-cropping landscape and the grand La Sal Mtn-scape that is never ending. The parking and fire-pit areas are xero-scaped w/a natural cropping of Kayenta layer surfaces. A beautiful benefit representing the natural-scapes of Moab. The indoors was immaculate, from the entry porch through the sparkling-crispy-clean foyer, and throughout the home we found it a very refreshing & welcoming environment. A large family room seating area to the right can seat 8 comfortably & served our evenings of movie popcorn/ down time & game time. To the left a grand wall of windows hosting a great room, surround-window dining room table seating 8. The kitchen hosts tons of counter space, a bar-seating counter & plenty of prep space all which pour you to the outdoor decked-patio w/folding lounge chairs, iron dining bbq family table & wrap-a-round porch w/a stair-way down to the marshmallow roasting open log-fire-pit. The kitchen was well equipped, well utensil supplied and well cellophane needs supplied. A highly used asset for our nightly, -bbq’d ribs, bbq’d steaks, bbq’d brats, sausages & bbq’d Oregon Silver Salmon. (Ye Ole’ Butcher in Moab is a meat/fish treasure of a find.) Dawn broke over the La Sals w/ breakfast, & coffee, donuts (from Moab Doughbird), as the sunrise filled the distant Arch in Arches National Park. Large master bedroom off the great room, we never heard the rest of the family house activities during our sleep. Our days included -DeadHorse State Park & Canyon-lands Cycling, -Swimming @ Rec center, -Castle Valley family trail exploring, -Moab photography, which all were accessible with short & access in all directions meeting every of our family-independent interests & goals. The daytime temps were 62-72 during our stay. This home is settled in the silence of the outdoors, away from the heavy noises of travel and neighboring activities. The Pinnacle Plateau for us, although appropriately named by the host family, Namaste. The generosity of the host family, offering this refreshing-stay experience has won our vote to return for next years Moab vacation! Thank you!

Great location, comfortable home
This was a great, clean, and comfortable location with easy to access parks and Moab. It felt out of the way. The views were great and yet it was easy to get around. NOTE ON GPS; directions drop you off about .5 miles from the entrance and that made it hard to find the first time, esp at night.

Great views
Beautiful sunrises over Arches National Park from the deck! This is the second time we have stayed here and we are planning on coming again! Great views from every direction and a huge private lot. Great place for the dogs to run around. Close to all the attractions in Moab. Lots of ORV trails accessible from the house, no need to trailer your toys. House is large and clean with everything you need for cooking in the large kitchen. Has dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Love staying here!!

Kind property manager worked with us when we had trouble locating the property late on a Sunday night. Very responsive. Then they bent over backward to let us extend our stay...which we did because the location, layout, and all details were so great. Kids could climb rocks right outside the doors in the morning, which they loved. Very convenient to parks. Would return, highly recommend.

Best place in Moab!
Great 360 views. 20 min drive from Arches, Canyonlands and Dead horse. We did sunrise hikes in the parks and packed sunset dinners to bring to Dead horse. The offroad hummer tour @ Moab adventure center was a lot fun.

Beautiful Location
Couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting. House is very comfortable with plenty of space available and kitchen is well stocked. Location is perfect if you want the feel of a private secluded setting but yet not too far from town. Only comments is regarding the directions to the property. Specially if arriving at night, property manager should make directions a bit more clear, since there is another similar driveway and gate which does not lead to property. Overall it was a great stay.

Perfect location
My wife and I loved the location of the house for access to the national parks and state parks. The sunrise view were spectacular and the house is very secluded with long range views including an arch in the distance. Loved seeing the sunrise though the arch. The back deck is a perfect sitting and relaxing spot and provides shade in the afternoon. Finally very much enjoyed the fire pit! Great stay!

Overall a Great Location
Namaste Rock was a great location for a group of 6 adults, beautiful scenery. You can see Arches National Park in the distance, with a pair of binoculars you can see balance rock & windows; close to Dead Horse State Park as well. Property was very clean & we enjoyed out stay. I do agree that some sort of sign or marker at the road would help in trying to locate the property, we circled a couple of times before we finally found the drive.

Retired Geologists' Dream Home!
As two geologists stopping through Moab, the setting of this property couldn't be more perfect: perched on a private bluff of Navajo Sandstone, the house's every window gazes out on a geological marvel: the compact La Sal Mountains (Tertiary intrusion) to the southwest, spectacular red sandstone (Wingate) cliffs on the west side, stunning easter egg-colored cliffs (Morrison) to the north, and -- best of all -- the famous Arches (Entrada) as your very own backyard! The house interior was very clean with all the modern amenities and the decor was a lovely southwestern theme. From the back deck, we watched the sun rise through one of the windows of Arches National Park, just a few miles to the east -- an unexpected bonus! We only a stayed a few nights (this time...), but we will definitely return to Namaste Rock for more wonderful southwestern adventures!

Incredible Vacation Home
Namaste Rock was a perfect place for our 3 day/4 night trip to Moab. The house is located just outside the busy area of downtown Moab, so it was quiet. But your still close enough for shopping and dining. The location is also super close to both Arches and Canyonlands. It made for an easy escape from the hot part of the days while visiting the parks. We hiked in the morning, went back to the home in early afternoon to refresh and went out again in the evening. The house offered beautiful views of both sunrises and sunsets. The interior was well maintained and clean. We will definitely be back when we return to Moab.

Loved, loved loved this place! We felt like we were all by ourselves with beautiful Mother Nature! Truly a place to relax and soak it all in! We brought our OHV Ranger and could literally go out our back door and ride for hours! Beautiful location and clean house! Close to Moab and Arches Park! Would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous view but needs maintenance
This could be so wonderful but the owner has let' things go. The photos made the place seem much higher end than it was but I still enjoyed it here because of the view. Should put a wall or some view blocker to block the trashy house on the north side though. There are numerous small issues such as no drain in bathroom sink and the smell.of septic coming up through it. The large tub drain won't stay up to drain. There is a huge issue with clothes dryer as someone hooked the vent outlet to vent inside and we were nearly asphyxiated when we tried to use it. The paint is peeling off the cupboards and the bathtub has plastic hanging off the bottom that is supposed to be trim but it's hanging off and could easily be glued and wasn't. Air conditioner won't work unless the panel is off because the filter is so dirty and clogged. The window blinds are bent and broken in many places. Overall the house and grounds show neglect and lacks pride of ownership. It could br a gem!!

Great Location!
If you’re looking to ATV, this is a great jumping off point. Great views. The place was clean enough considering it’s a dusty landscape. I would be actually upset if I were charged extra for cleaning -considering how we found it. The house shows its age.

We had a great experience. The house is close (10-15 minutes) to Canyonlands Field Airport, Arches National Park, Moab shops and restaurants. 30 minutes to Dead Horse Point State Park, or Island in the Sky Unit CNP. The view from the house is wonderful (Arches NP & LaSal Mountains) and can be enjoyed from the deck & the dining/living room/kitchen area. The property manager was very helpful. He helped us solve an issue unrelated to our rental. I would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful!
The pictures don’t do this place justice. there’s 360 views and it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere, but it’s so convenient to get to Arch’s, Canyonlands, and town! Plenty of room for our group of 6 to spread out and relax.
