"The location was great and the accommodations were good. The main reason we booked here was because of the hot Rob. We did a lot of hiking and wanted to be able to relax in the evenings. The tub was broken and when I asked about it I was told they drain it every Sunday even though I asked on Saturday. Then I got a different story on Sunday. We never did get to use it.
The home was stocked well which was what we were looking for as we wanted a kitchen so we could cook. They supplied a few spices...

"The plates and spoons are dirty. I need to wash them again. The Wi-Fi is not working. We have to reboot it. The TV is not connected to the Wi-Fi. The gate code is not working. I tried to contact customer service by calling, emailing, and texting. It takes 2 hr for someone to get back to me. "

"Had a great time. Owner was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Walking distance of main street for shopping and dining and very close to Arches. Studio was cute and cozy. Would give five stars if there was slightly more privacy."

"The property and cabin were beautiful. The environment is amazing. I was really disappointed with the bed, though. For the cost of 250 per night, I expected a bed that did not feel like I was sleeping on a rock. Neither my husband nor I was able to sleep, which made the rest of the stay less enjoyable since we were so tired. We travel quite a bit, and this has been the worst bed we have ever slept on, even worse than going camping and sleeping on the ground."
