Perfect getaway

Beautiful, Comfortable, Clean and Spacious Condo
Everything about this place was fantastic! Very clean, lovely decor, spacious bedrooms, beautiful view from the front and back, and even comfortable beds. The two car garage, two refrigerators, and washer and dryer were very convenient. Host was kind and helpful and so quick to communicate with us with a date change we requested. We had an excellent stay!

Great all around!
This property was great for our week long stay in Moab. It was 4 adults and 5 kids. The bunk bed room was great for the kids and we liked that the one bunk bed was a double bed so two kids could sleep on the bottom together. The location was great - just south of town but near everything in Moab. The neighborhood seemed like all rental properties and since it was 4th of July weekend, it was a bit busy, but not noisy or obnoxious. Having access to the pool was a game changer after hot days out and about. Cindy responded quickly to minor trouble we had with the key lock when we first got there and it was fixed without delay. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals, plenty of plates and utensils that we could go multiple meals a day before having to run the dishwasher. Definitely would recommend if planning a trip to Moab.

Great Quiet Place to Stay
We (two adults and one 12 yo) enjoyed our stay in this condo. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and it was a great base to visit Arches and Canyonlands.

Moab VRBO trip
We all had a great time! The kids used the soccer ball, we swam in the pool, safe area for the kids to ride their scooters, they played basketball, we barbecued, and the table could accommodate us all for meals and table games. It was a great location for grocery store runs, gas, downtown and to Arches National Park. Loved every minute of our trip to Moab. Thank you.

Near Moab
Nice property...had some carpet staining reported to the manager. Upstairs rooms were warm. No ceiling fans in other rooms other than master bedroom. Nice there was a garage to park. Cindy was very helpful in making recommendations of where to eat which were excellent. Great host! Highly recommend for breakfast Jailhouse Cafe as we ate there everyday.

Excellent location!
The location is minutes from town in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is very close to the outdoor pool and hot tub. Great location for access to Arches, Canyonlands, and the Salt Flats.

Great property for our mountain biking trip
This was a great place. Plenty of space for our large group with plenty of dishes and towels for us. We loved having a garage to lock our bikes in. Hot tub and pool were nice after being out all day. Good price and value!

Visiting Arches National Park
The location, accommodations, and amenities were great. We stayed for 2 nights. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend more wash rags, we only found 6 for 7 people for 2 nights. There were plenty of towels! We had an issue with our door code working at checkin, but Cindy responded within like 20mins. So, I’d still say the checkin process was easy and so was checkout! If we visit the area again, we will definitely look to stay at this unit/complex.

Great Place!
Thank you Cindy for making our check-in and check-out process a breeze. This townhome was beautiful and clean. We found all the conveniences we needed and more. Moab vacation
Great communication with owner and the unit was as described. Nice and quiet as well. Check is 4pm but our unit was delayed until 5p due to cleaning service having a busy day. It all worked out and we had a great, awe-inspiring visit to the parks. Arches and Canyonlands is a trip that everyone must take in!

Moab condo
Property was convenient to all attractions near Moab. Condo was well stocked with everything needed. The 2 car garage was very spacious. Shared Pools and hot tub were a nice refresher after a day of outdoor activities. Easy booking and check in / out.

Riding in Moab
The property was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for our motorcycle riding adventures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area, Spanish Valley is very scenic. Enjoyed hiking in the parks, eating at the restuarants and of course, riding the bikes.

A great little get away for our family right across from the pool and playground.
We had a great trip in Moab. The condo was in a great location, close enough to the national parks. We played at the pool and playground everyday which was right across the street and they also have tennis courts and bb courts right there. The home was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It did get a little hot upstairs at night but we opened the windows and had a cool breeze. Would stay here again.

Everything in one place!
This was a great property in Moab! We were a two family group in the area for dirt biking and it worked well for us. We definitely needed a place with a garage and were glad that of the ones in this complex, this one was receded so that we had room to park our two trailers also. We always do all of our own cooking when we travel and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Cindy was very accommodating and got back to me very promptly with the couple of questions I had ahead of time. The living area was a little smaller than I expected, but between the dining/countertop bar and living room, it ended up working just fine for our larger group. This spot is also right by the community pool and tennis/basketball courts and we loved that there were racquets and balls provided at the house so we could have fun when we weren't riding. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone adventuring in Moab!

Had a great time!
Renting a house in Moab was the best experience! My only complaint is that the pool closed too early. We were really looking forward to getting in the hot tub Sunday night after the snowstorm..

Presidents day weekend
We came down for a Las minute long presidents weekend and were lucky enough to find Cindy's place. I had stayed here before and knew the place was great. Cindy was very responsive to any questions and the place was great. There was plenty of parking in the driveway and the garage has plenty of space for two cars and bikes. The inside is comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub we're also a short walk from the condo. Very happy to find the condo available, and will be staying again if possible!

First time in Moab
The house was a perfect hike base after riding trails, shopping in town and visiting the Arches National Park! The pools and hot tub were much needed and great for the kids! Cindy was very responsive and the information she left was very helpful, thank you!

Clean and comfortable
This was my 3rd stay in a Rim village condo and this may be my favorite unit so far. The condo was stocked with everything we needed except food and was set up perfectly for 3 guys in town for a week of 4 wheeling. It is particularly useful to have the 1/2 bath on the lower level for use when downstairs or when both upper level bathrooms are occupied.

Moab Condo
We had a great stay and in this 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds. Great views of the mountains. It’s on the very far south side of Moab, but that made it that much more quiet. Although the weather wasn’t conducive, there was a great pool just across the street. I highly recommend staying here.

Good, but not quite perfect
The condo was great, we knew what to expect with amenities, but the cleanliness when we arrived was not what we hoped for. Dishes were put away in the cupboards dirty, and the floor wasn’t vacuumed in some areas (loooots of long hair in the carpet...we learned quickly to leave our shoes on or wear slippers). For the length of our stay, we didn’t have enough dishwasher detergent or toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. We had assumed that we’d have at least enough to run the dishwasher daily, but we just snagged more from the store. Not a huge deal, but not something we had planned on. Maybe it was just an off-day?? Other than that, it was about what you’d expect for an inexpensive rental property. The location is amazing, the facilities and parking are awesome, the number of beds/bedding/towels/etc was great. Was totally worth it, but frustrating to have to do so much clean up upon arrival. I would still consider booking here in the future.

So comfy, we stayed an extra day
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, The owner, Cindy, is wonderful. After long hikes, we put our feet up near the gas fireplace. We indulged in TV and enjoyed streaming music on the Bluetooth stereo system. Wi-fi is strong. We cooked virtually all of our meals in the condo, including on the gas grill. This saved us a lot of money. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, including towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The washer/dryer were big draws for us. The two-car garage proved handy because it snowed a couple times during our stay. The condo was convenient to Moab, national parks, state parks, and endless hiking trails. We never ran out of things to do. In fact, we went skiing one day in Telluride, Colorado, which is about 3 hours away.

Great condo convenient to Moab and National Parks"
Our party of five found this condo to be clean, comfortable, well decorated and equipped, and convenient for visiting the nearby national parks. It was great to have a garage to pull in to and unload luggage and groceries as well as to avoid getting wet on the two days it rained. We certainly would return if we are back in Moab.

Perfect stay in Moab
My family didn't want to leave, we had such a wonderful stay! The property location and amenities are fantastic. The bedrooms all have a very thoughtful setup and are very comfortable. My husband appreciated the large garage and driveway.The kids loved playing at the park and pool just a few steps away. Cindy is an excellent host and very easy to get in touch with. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful location!
Had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, only 5 minutes to town and about 15 from Arches NP. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The pool was a hit for our family stay in June. Would definitely book again!

Loved this place! Would totally stay here again! It’s beautiful and great location!
Cindy was a great host to have—very polite, easy to communicate with, and extremely accommodating. The property was phenomenal—close to the pool, had all of the amenities you can think of and expect—but was also clean, comfortable, and fit many people. It was close to town and a quick drive to the parks. I would totally stay here again.

Wonderful condo in a quiet, convenient neighborhood right outside Arches and Moab downtown!
We loved our stay here! The condo was spotless and cozy, the check-in process smooth and the amenities perfect. It was so easy to pop into town for a meal and we were perfectly set up for a day in Arches as well. The outdoor (and indoor) fireplaces were lovely and the linens soft after a day of playing on the rocks. We will be back again for our next Moab adventure!!!

Great Stay in Moab
The condo was great. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The location was close to town. The views were awesome, but most of all, the host (Cindy) was very accommodating, easy to contact, and provided quick replies. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had all the luxuries of home. TVs in all the rooms, gas grill, gas fire pit, and a heated pool and Jacuzzi. We could not have asked for any more. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
