Clean and comfortable
Stayed here the first week of March '24. Nicely located a few miles south of town yet close enough to all the amenities of Moab and a good base location to explore all the parks in the area. Plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and the hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of hiking and exploring.

Great rental property!

Great Place
The house was great and fit our needs perfectly. We cooked big meals in the spacious kitchen, hung out outside on the patio, loved the hot tub, and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. I would highly recommend staying here.

A Moab week
A roomy, clean, comfortable rental. Nicely decorated. We loved the 3 bed - 3 bath set up for our group. The hot tub and patio seating were much enjoyed. The location was convenient for our day trips to all the parks and dining. The garage was convenient for charging our hybrid vehicle. Seamless check-in & check-out. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Awesome townhouse, highly recommend!
This townhome was better than I anticipated! Very clean, super comfortable beds - 5 queens - bathrooms and kitchen stocked with everything we could want or need. Very spacious for our family of five which includes 3 adult children. Convenient location to town and the parks. Amazing sunrise views from the front and a nice back patio with grill and plenty of seating, plus the hot tub was great after hikes in the day. The host was best in all of our home renting experience; gave loads of info and was quick to respond when needed. Would stay again and recommend this location 100%!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, maintained, easy to get to and very comfortable! We had 5 adults so parents slept in master on first floor. My girls shared the two bed room and my son the one bed room upstairs. Both rooms had queen beds which there aren’t many places like this! A pleasant surprise was the gas fireplace! We would stay here again!

The property was amazing and it fit all of our needs. It was very clean and spacious. We loved using the hot tub at the end of the day. The location was perfect for adventuring out to the national parks. Wish we could have stayed longer. Rossana was very approachable and quick to respond to all my messages. She provided us with excellent information about the area. Check in and out was very easy. We highly recommend staying here.

This property was lovely. It allowed space for our family to relax without being on each other’s toes the entire time, and it is just outside the busyness of the town. The property owner provided a lot of information about Moab too which was great!

Good stay.
Nice place and incredibly clean. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Quick communication. We have stayed in other units in this group and we keep coming back. Great value for what you get. However, this unit had too many delicate knick-knacks to try to keep out of the reach of little kids. We really enjoyed the hot tub, other than the hot tub lights didn't work. The patio had some nice hanging lights on the fence, but they wouldn't come on when we plugged them in. The kitchen needs better lighting; it was very dim to prepare food. The light bulbs under the microwave could have helped with lighting up the stove top for cooking, but they were burned out. This unit needs an electrician and then this place would be 5 stars across the board for an "all adults" trip. That being said, we would definitely stay here again (without the kids).

Great place!
We stayed here during our golf tournament. The property was great. Very clean and updated. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom so it’s ideal for 3 couples. Each bedroom is equal in size and quality. The private hot tub is a great way to end the day while looking at the stars. We really enjoyed our stay.

Decent stay, won’t be returning
Pros: Great hot tub Spacious and roomy Clean (except for all the thick dust on the decorations) Beds are comfortable Garage parking Cons: Cockroaches Beds are not listed accurately (queen beds on the listing, double when I’m laying on it with my spouse). All four beds in the unit are the same size, and are full/double size, not queen. A few minor things that show neglect like a non-working clock on the wall and refrigerator lights not working. Overall I would stay there again if it wasn’t for the cockroaches. We had to go through a lot of extra pain to check all our bags when we packed up and headed home, then check them again once we got home. The property manager was sorry and said the unit had been treated previously and offered to send over a bug terminator, but we did not want any poison in the unit while we were there. For the price of this stay, the cockroaches were a deal breaker for sure.

Courtney Again, I am terribly sorry for your experience. After your departure, we sent the exterminator right away, and this isolated problem of the two cockroaches you saw is completely gone. The exterminator went through every corner of the house, garage and outdoor area. For the peace of mind of future guests, I want to be clear and can’t stress enough that this never happened before, we keep the place very clean as shows in previous reviews. In regards of the “full beds not listen accurately “ you are WRONG. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and went to measure the beds and I can confirm that what we have is queen beds: 60 inches wide by 80 inches long which are the universe size for QUEEN. FYI Full size or double is 53 inches wide by 75 inches long, and again we don’t have full beds in the unit. My advertisement on the listing is accurate, contrary to your assumptions. Perhaps next time a tape measure would come in handy in your future adventures. I got the LED light bulb for the Kenmore fridge replaced. I instructed the housekeeper to deep clean and dust all the decorations. We change the batteries on the antique wall clock. For the peace of mind of future guests, I want to be clear and can’t stress enough that this never happened before, we keep the place spotless.

Fantastic Moab stay!
We rented this property with another couple while attending Jeep Jamboree Moab. It was the absolutely perfect location - we were 0.8 miles away from the venue. The property was exactly as it was listed! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area!

Perfect Base Camp
This was the perfect basecamp for our Moab/Arches Trip. Just a quick 3-5 minute drive into town and a few more to the entrance to Arches. Clean, quiet, and spacious with a nice view of the mountains when there wasn't wildfire smoke. Perfect for the family.

Our group of three couples found this property to be an excellent location and was perfect for our group. With individual bathrooms with each bedroom and all the necessities and amenities you could need, you can't find a better rental in Moab for your stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great home base to explore Moab area
Our family enjoyed staying in this comfortable and clean home located just a few miles from Moab's downtown. A nice surprise was the network of trails along the ridge behind the home (accessible by driving a 1/2 up the road to the trailhead parking lot). A couple of small negatives: the shades over the back patio (as shown in the listing) were not in-place (owner told us they were damaged in a recent storm) and the driveway where we were required to park is a steep slope. A good choice in Moab!

Plenty of room and hot water!
We stayed in this beautiful townhome and found everything we needed at the property. We are on a two week vacation, so the washer and dryer came in very handy! The property owners have provided wonderful accommodations. There were four of us and we never ran out of hot water.

Overall this was a nice property and fit our group just perfect. It has everything we needed and had just enough space for our group. Only complaint was the hot tub had issues and is getting a little tired. After a day of hiking the hot tub is a must and because of the issues it was a little disappointing. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time in Moab, and at the property.

Perfect condo and location
This condo is perfect! Garage was clean and had a quality ping pong table and a dartboard!! There is one bedroom downstairs with a walk-in shower and the other two bedrooms are upstairs with combo shower tubs. Beds are comfy! It's nice to stay somewhere with quality sheets and comforters that are not too hot! Hot tub is great and has an easy on/off cover. The big grill has an inline gas attachment so you will not run out of gas. We loved our stay here. Here is what I would bring if you are going to stay there more than a couple of days: tp, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, zip-locks, aluminum foil, and K-cups or ground coffee because there are both machines(filters are already there). There is a slow cooker and I think three storage containers, a couple of cookie sheets and some glass baking pans, also two non-stick pans (older but they worked). The washer and dryer are huge and there was some laundry detergent available; also there was at least 10 dishwashing tabs. Owner will email you about a week before your stay. She was super responsive when we had a question about the hot tub.

Great place, good location
Wonderful home! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. We enjoyed the National Parks during the day and enjoyed dinners and movies back at the house each night. The hot tub was a great addition to soak in after long hikes. Moab is perfect in the winter, especially with staying at this great location with comfortable accommodations!

Cute property, easy to find, quiet area. Will stay again. Some downsides...cheap linens, stained with bleach and reused. Backyard overgrown with weeds, dusty decor, hot tub not functioning. Property manager immediately addressed issues so made the stay pleasant. Will definitely stay again.
