Location, comfort, and beauty

This house was absolutely perfect. We got in late at night. Waking up and looking out at the sunshine on the mountain in the back was a real surprise Beautiful. The house was perfectly decorated to blend in with the land outside. I did call to have someone come out and unlock the cover of the hot tub on a Sunday of a holiday weekend And they were in and out within a matter of hours.Arches and Canyonlands were nearbyLocation, comfort, and beauty made this property stand out on our tour of the southwest thank you

Sibling trip Utah 5

We enjoyed the fact there were 3.5 baths since there were 6 of us staying. The kitchen and living room were furnished nicely. Each bedroom was stocked with extra towels, blankets, sheets and each had a fan and luggage rack. The home had quite a few spider webs around the lights,ceiling and corners. It appears the cleaners only go down the middle and don’t dust and wipe the corners. The screen door to the upstairs deck was torn so we weren’t able to leave the door open to let cool evening air in. Despite the high daytime temperatures the air conditioner was turned to 72 making it almost impossible to get the place cooled down for our first night’s stay. It took almost 30 hours to get the air situated. We really enjoyed the property overall but with a few improvements this could be a five star review.

Great place for a long weekend, I would stay again.

This place was great and was everything we needed for the long weekend we had planned. There were little things that i think could be improved for future guests. We had 4 total adults during our stay and the listing advertises 8.. there were only small garbage cans located in the kitchen which filled up quickly, I would recommend getting a full size indoor garbage can that’s more pleasing for guests to use. It felt wasteful taking out the small garbage every time. The garage deck was awesome, we only wished they had some sort of outdoor games we could play on it like cornhole, it would have been perfect! There was also only 1 bar stool? Which was very weird and it’s so easy to get bar stools. The code for the garage door didn’t work and we contacted the host with no reply. Luckily we didn’t need it but if we did and never got a reply, it would have been very frustrating. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely book this property again! We loved the hottub too.

Solitude in off season

Great spacious home with a great kitchen and hot tub. Perfect location away from town for quiet. We saw many deer roaming through the area and the skies were nice and dark for stargazing. Highly recommend this rental. An all around winner.

VRB Vacasa...?

We rented this place for a yearly hiking trip for four 50 something guys from around the country (June 2024). The property had some huge positives, such as great showers, a very isolated back yard, lots of wildlife, and an amazing sun deck which was the focal point of the experience. It was amazing to sit out at night in the many chairs and watch the stars. However, the "O in VRBO means owner. This was rented by Vacasa and they are not doing the owner or renter justice in my opinion. It particularly bothers me that Vacasa will not allow the final payment through VRBO. A five star rental property still; and Moab never disappoints. Thank you to the owner for sharing your home.

Secluded, rustic stay with great rooftop patio

We stayed here as a family. 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space. All 3 bedrooms have their own full bathroom. The rustic feel and secluded neighborhood is exactly what we were hoping for. The rooftop patio on the garage was INCREDIBLE for watching the sunset and star gazing. The only issues we hade were with the garage door so hopefully that gets fixed. We used the hot tub but the cover is in rough shape. We definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Moab!

Awesome place!

The house was great! Everything was very clean. Location was good. It’s on the other side of Moab compared to Arches and Canyonlands NP. I would say a 10 minute drive to Arches and 30 min drive to Canyonlands (it will be a drive no matter where you stay unless you camp). The hot tub and grill worked perfectly! I would stay here again!

This house was great and we will stay there again! The house was clean except for some cobwebs. Beds were very comfortable and we loved having 3.5 baths for the 7 of us! The star gazing deck was great just need to replace the carpet, its a tripping hazard in the dark. Loved having a garage for our personal vehicle.

Space was nice, great to have 3 1/2 baths for the group. Home needs a deep cleaning. There were no extra sheets for the blow up mattress and the mgmt company did not understand the question when texted. Also, the furniture on the upstairs deck is in rough shape, needs to be refinished. The area was very nice.

View and Wildlife to Boot

Place is just stunning. We took great pics just 25 feet behind the property with mountains in back round. We bought corn and had deer feeding right behind our property. Loved it.

Sibling trip of a lifetime

Loved this home! Outskirts of town with fabulous view, yet close to everything. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms, each with their own bath. My only suggestions would be, a Keurig, since some in the group may prefer decaf, and a keypad instead of key to house. We had that in other rentals, which made it a bit easier. We all definately would recommend this rental!!

Nice Home

This house was clean. Lots of space and bathrooms. The only thing that didn’t know was you can’t drive side by sides into the property. You can’t park your trailer or side by sides in the neighborhood. So you need to find a place to park them. If you are going for other things it’s great place to stay!
