Nice location for Arches & Canyonlands

Nice place for our party of 5, easy access to our unit and to main road in / out of Moab. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub, especially after a day of hiking.

Nice place

Overall, the apartment worked well for my family and I. It was nice to have two decent size bathrooms. It was also nice they provided pool towels. The apartment was clean and cozy. It was nice to have a washer and dryer too. I do feel the place is slacking on a few kitchen items, such as a 9x13 pan, electric mixer, and a large electric skillet. I noticed the coffee maker didnt have a coffee pot, which is fine for us since we dont drink coffee. I would suggest having more silverware available. Overall, I would stay here again. It was nice the parking lot had plenty of room to park our large trailer.

Nice place to stay

Slightly outside of town but still close to arches. First floor unit allowed for easy unpacking of car. Loved having laundry in the unit. Plenty of sleeping options for our group of 6. Kitchen was stocked with necessities.

Very clean, modern and spacious property. Quiet neighbors. Just a few miles out of town, easy drive to everything that we wanted to do. Check-in and out was very easy. Owners easy to reach and quick to respond.

Spring Break Treat

Excellent experience, great space for our family of 4’s spring break trip to Arches and Canyonlands. Much better than paying the outrageous hotel fees nearby with the convenience of a fully stocked and spacious kitchen. Apartment had plenty extra blankets, pool towels, and basic toiletries. Beds, linens and furniture were nicer than most rentals. The pool key was missing the first day, but hosts responded promptly and dropped off another one that didn’t work, but we made due with other helpful guests. Kids loved the hot tub, too cold for the pool in April, and was busy but not too crowded. Definitely recommend!

Christmas in Moab

We had a great stay in Moab with our family. Two adults and three kids and there was plenty of room (plus extra sleeping options if needed). We had breakfast and dinner every day in the kitchen and had everything we needed to do so. The kids loved the hot tub and we loved the proximity to the town and the 15 min drive to Arches.

Ok stay with some maintenance issues

We booked for 5 nights. The property was clean, but had some minor issues: toilet flush handle was falling off. The dish washer was not secured in place. Cabinet panel under the island was loose. These items were only fixed on the last day. Should be fixed before our check-in There were only 2 trash bags provided for 5 night stays. Management team should provide more trash bags for guests.

We had a wonderful time! Easy to find, beautiful scenery all around, all the Kitchen utilities you need, pool and hot tub close by, big screen TVs, comes with all the extras, didn't skimp on anything, lots of extra toilet paper and paper towels, plenty of towels and blankets, close to town
