"I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. "This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job...

"It was a great place to stay. Across the street from a temple and large cemetery. Sweet residential neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and a major shopping street. Easy walk to the train station. But we took a cab in and out with our luggage. So nice to have more space than a 120 sq ft hotel room for a similar price. The host was very responsive to questions."
