Staff was very nice and breakfast was great! The room was clean and comfortable but the pull-out bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t count on the pull-out for sleeping.

The front desk man was super awesome. He went and refilled the hot chocolate machine when it was empty. Love it! The loft room was so cool. And the whole vibe of the hotel was super cool.
