"The little white cabin was very lovely! It's small, but spacious enough for 6 adults to move around comfortably. There was a grill, coffee pot, and all the utensils to cook eat and drink. Beds weren't perfect but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. It was very quiet out there and relaxing! Property managers were easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner! Very friendly and highly recommended!"

"Everything you need all right there, what more could you ask for! My family had a great time at the lake, the pool and hot tub was definitely a huge bonus for us. The band on saturday night was awesome as well as the food from the restaurant. Cabin was clean and made us all feel comfortable and gave us space to hang out as a family. Will definitely come back when we can! Thank you so much for our stay ❤️"

"My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to really focus on us and planning for our future - this place hit and surpassed our expectations! The quiet nature around you, the beautiful glow of the sunset through the windows in the evening, the overall setting of the cabin itself - it was so relaxing and a great place for us to just shut off for a weekend! "Beautiful setting on Appleton City Lake. Cottages are right on the lake and it was fun to wake up to the mist rising from the lake, rooster crowing in the distance. Later enjoy sitting in the sunshine and watching the ducks and sparrows on the lake, also heard some cows mooing. Just enjoy the fresh country air! Rustic Duck restaurant was very accommodating too. "

"Great place to get away from everything! We have stayed other places that say they are private, but are actually right next to other properties. This place is exactly as described, with great amenities. Would stay again for sure."

"The picture of the room makes it look smaller than it really is. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised that the room was much larger than we had thought. My brother-in-law lives 3 mi down the road. Perfect for us to go back and forth and still have our own space. We will for sure be coming back sooner than later. The owner came by a couple times and checked on us. Make sure we had everything we needed and if we had any questions and was a super really nice guy."

"This cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all, but in comfy conditions. We enjoyed breakfast and evenings looking at the lake and seeing turtles, birds, cranes, a bald eagle, and fish! The cabin has everything you need for a comfy stay. You are only a few mies from town, but it seems like you are further than that. Definitely pick up groceries in town because you will not want to leave to shop. I wish we had time to eat / shop at the Rustic Duck beside it, but time just not permit...
