"Good, safe location with nice neighbors. House is exactly as described - 2BR, 1BA with a nice carport for parking in the back. Communications and check-in/out were very easy with the owner. The mattresses were comfortable, WiFi was plenty strong, and A/C was able to keep up on some very hot summer days and nights. Overall a good value and I would stay here again if in the area."

"We had a great stay! Host was very responsive and proactive with information. Game Day Studio was efficient, very clean and the area was very safe. We walked to the stadium (and back) to see the game and also walked to dinner every evening. We would stay there again when return to Starkville. "

"This property is absolutely perfect! Perfect location if you’re visiting your college kid or here to see a football game. It’s a 15 minute walk to the stadium and a 10 minute walk to Fraternity Row. Restaurants are walking distance and everything else is 5-15 minutes away by vehicle. The property was so clean and cozy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer were a lifesaver. I can not rave enough about this property. I will be...
