Wedding stay
The property was fabulous with plenty of room. The back deck was spectacular with great views. Katie, the owner couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had a fabulous day. I would absolutely rent it again when we come back to San Juan Capistrano. The property was the best and you will not be disappointed.

Perfect Getaway
Had the best time during our stay. Close to everything we wanted with easy access to the highway. Beautiful and relaxing area. This house has all the small amenities you might not think about and would highly recommend. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

perfect family week
We had the best week long stay here. Any issues or questions we had, Katie was quick to answer and very helpful. The house provided us plenty of room for our group… we enjoyed game nights in the living room, brunches in the beautiful backyard, & all slept soundly in our rooms. The location is perfect as you are central to so much. It was a super memorable trip for my family.

Mini Family Reunion
This Beautiful Property was just perfect for Our Mini Family Reunion. The group includes my 93 year oid dad, 91 year old Aunt and Uncle, myself and my wife, my brother, my two cousins and my twi dogs Aiko and Kozmo. The location of of the hone was perfect...close to Freeway, Shopping, Food..The deck served as a perfect setting for gathering Everyone together❤...for talks, and meals. We Loved this Home and would recommend it 100%!!!

Perfect House & Location!
This home was perfect! The back patio was a great place for our family to get to spend time together. The location was perfect as well, close to everything! The host was great, gave good instructions & even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Property
Visiting family in Mission Viejo and Laguna Nigel for grad celebrations and a wedding. This home was perfect. Very well located, near to the highway. Spacious, clean, had a hot tub and games, a grill, and a wonderful outdoor area. Perfect place to be with family.

Epic Wedding Weekend
I spent five glorious days here in Orange County to gather friends and family to celebrate our daughters wedding in Rancho Las Lomas. This place is amazing, super clean, plenty of supplies, beautiful grounds and backyard. Our host was super helpful and friendly I’ll consider this house again anytime when returning from New York! So many thanks for this place

Wonderful time in Southern California
We had a wonderful time staying at this home with our family. Katie was very helpful and responsive with our questions. The home is centrally located with easy access to most amenities. Beach Days and a day at Disneyland were the highlights of our family trip. The views of the golf course were also fun as we watched golfers try to negotiate the sand traps and pond on the hole at the Mission Viejo country club. We loved staying at this home so much that we hope to be back during our next trip.

Girlfriend Reunion
We are 4 old HS friends who reunited to swim at Masters Nationals in Irvine 40 years later. This house is awesome! We all had our own space, the outdoor space is fabulous! We loved the hot tub! This would be a great place for kids as well., as the garage has ping pong and other games. The manager was very quick to respond. We couldn’t have had a better experience and we highly recommend.

A great spot for a family vacation!
Katie is the best super host! From the minute we arrived, a beautiful basket was just inside the door with many goodies and wine awaiting us. The wonderful views of the golf course, the night time lights to the hot tub to help melt your muscles, to the ping pong table made this spot very special for our family. Location location location means close to the beaches and shopping, the restaurants are fabulous in any direction. The beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets, towels and extra sheets, along with beach towels. The supplies are endless, I never bought a paper product! This super host is really super!

Wonderful place to stay

Exceptional Home
We originally booked this property for a family vacation in 2020 however we had to cancel due to covid travel restrictions. At that time the owners were more than accommodating in providing us with a full refund, which was very much appreciated. We finally were able to rebook this home for our family vacation in January 2023. We spent alot of time looking for a property that would suit our needs and this home did not dissapoint. It was the perfect size for our family of 7. The location of the home is great. A safe, family friendly neighbourhood. Close to shops and access to the I5 freeway. In our opinion the perfect location to base yourself if you are looking at spending time in the OC. The home was clean, well presented and better than the photos. The outdoor deck is a great place to unwind and the jacuzzi was soo good. The property manager Katie was so accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We totally loved our time in this home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

This place is beautiful! The host/owner is awesome and is available for anything you may need. No complaints at all! Wonderful place near Freeway and 10 to 15 drive to the coast. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Stunning home near Laguna!
Stayed at this property for 4 nights with my spouse and some friends! The space was amazing and the house included everything we could ask for! Communication with property manager was easy and efficient! If we’re in the area again we’d hope to stay here!

Great experience!
We had a great time at Katie's place. It was clean, nice and everything we expected. The patio overlooked a gold course and had total privacy from the neighbors. The house has all the beach stuff you could need- chairs, wagon, beach towels, and ice chests. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies to make a nice dinner. The place was great. Would 100% recommend staying there.

A great stay at this beautiful house!!
We stayed for 5 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the house, location and the host Katie was amazing. She provided us with everything we needed. The property was clean, the back yard area was so spacious and stunning with views over the golf course. The interior of home was very updated and decor so beautiful!!! Definitely would stay here again and recommend all to do the same!!

Away From Home Oasis
We traveled(by car) from Texas for our son’s wedding in the area. One never completely knows what the accommodations are going to be. When we arrived we were elated! There is indeed room to park 3 vehicles in the driveway. Wonderful curb appeal, then you open the front door to an immaculate home with a killer view! This home has ample room for family and guests. The outside deck and yard is amazing with views of the golf course and evening sunsets. The 4 bedrooms are all large and comfortable. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything I needed for the week. Added Bonus is the wonderful Katie who Manages the property. Always responded immediately to text when needed. Communication was excellent. We highly recommend this property and definitely will reserve this again!

We booked this property as we were attending our son's wedding and many events. My husband and I stayed with our daughter, son-in-law, 6 month old granddaughter along with my parents. Beautiful and Fun Home
We loved this home! Views were perfection- the hot tub kept our kids busy and happy and we loved sitting my fire pit under the outdoor lights every night. Enough room for kids to run around and play. It was awesome! They loved exploring the house as well. If I were staying here for the first time I'd want to know two things: dogs are allowed here, so if you have allergies or are sensitive to that, come prepared. In the master bedroom you can hear the freeway traffic- it's not loud, but you can definitely hear it. If you need perfect silence to sleep-bring earplugs. Nothing to keep you from staying here- it is worth every penny. Honestly such a fun place with plenty of room for kids to play!

A Piece of Paradise
This house was so great that it is hard to know where to start. Its spacious rooms, beautiful patio and hot tub area, very comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and more. Katie was so responsive when we needed anything. Our family was able to relax after all the excitement of Disneyland. We will definitely go back when we are in the Mission Viejo area again.

Perfect fit
We stayed here while attending a family wedding in the area. This house is better than advertised, and has been updated since the photos. The owner was fantastic, and attentive to our every need. This is the ideal home for a family. Close to Disneyland, and beaches.

Great place to stay
We came into California for a wedding. We had 6 adults and all of us were very comfortable. The beds were very comfy. We were around a lot of shops and restaurants as well. The house itself is very nice. We spent most of our time outside on the patio. It was a very nice setup. We would definitely rent this place again.

Heaven on the golf course
Our family of girls celebrated our mom's 80th birthday. Each of us had our own beds. It was plenty spacious. The back yard was perfect for family photos and jacuzzi nights! This house had everything you need. You don't need your iron or a hairdryer or a spatula-they have what you need! The only thing we would have liked what a one page form on misc items like, wifi password or how the front door lock worked or where the outside light switch was. Things we wouldn't know by not living there. Other than that it, was a wonderful 4 days. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

Great neighborhood and plenty of space.
The home is in a very safe area and had plenty of space. The house had everything and anything you could think of that you might need. I was there for my sons wedding. My husband had to print a document and the printer was setup for us and working great. Very cozy, charming home. It was perfect for a weeks stay for me and my family of 6. Back yard was so nice.

Beyond Expectations
Beautifully situated on a golf course in a quiet neighborhood. Extremely close to a lot of retail and entertainment choices. The house was well appointed with amenities throughout. Lovely Mission Viejo Home
We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed having enough space for our family to all be together. The home is beautiful, well furnished, and clean. The only aspect that could have been better was having more timely information. We received our check-in code the day of our check-in and checkout info the morning of checkout (8am for an 11am checkout). It would have helped us to have this information the day before check-in and checkout so we could communicate it to people before leaving for their travels. This home has a ton of amenities which was great! Additional information about some of these would be helpful for some folks. Perhaps a binder with info about how to use things in the home (i.e. the outdoor fire table, jacuzzi, and lights, where additional propane tanks are) would be helpful. Any problem we had though was quickly resolved with a text message to the owner and she promptly resolved them. Overall, it was a great stay and we would return again. Also, we loved the location!

Great accessibility for our stay
We had a wedding in Coto de Caza, rehearsal dinner in Dana Point, helped my son in Irvine, and visited family in Newport Coast…everything was easy access. Our little 12 year old Coco, terrier mix, was very comfortable when we had to leave her behind…which was very important to us.

Wonderful family friendly home away from home.
This home is ready for the whole family. We stayed for a long weekend to see our daughter and grandchild. The adorable bedrooms and beautiful decor was so inviting. Fully stocked kitchen just like home made meals a breeze. Awesome backyard with a wonderful view of the golf course and plenty of seating. Air hockey in the garage was also fun. Great communication for all our needs. Looking forward to our next visit.

Super Spacious and Comfy
We had a wonderful comfy stay at the house. The spacious living rooms provided space for all of our family members!! The beds were so comfortable even with my back issues! The garden area is spectacular! Loved drinking my morning coffee in the garden area with the amazing view. Katy, the owner was amazing at welcoming us and being available if needed. We definitely would stay here again!!

Great Stay in Mission Viejo
This home was great for our extended-stay getaway with our two young daughters and pooch. You cannot beat the location! Everything we needed was under 5 minutes by car, and just 15 minutes to great beaches. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the hot tub was magical on crisp evenings. Our favorite thing to do was to grab a glass of wine and watch the sunset from the patio. We had a few random maintenance issues that took a while to iron out, but all in all we had a wonderful time. Katie was a kind and gracious host and we hope to visit again soon.

Loved this house!
This home is just as pictured & described...it is a beautiful, clean, very well stocked, comfortable home to stay in. Katie, daughter of the owners, was so easy to communicate with. Even though she had just flown out East because of a traumatic accident involving a close friend, she was in contact with us the whole time (when we needed) and made sure we were all set and comfortable. She also let us know her husband was nearby if we were ever in need of his assistance. The beds were super comfy (big plus!), and the hot tub was clean, warm & ready for us to use right when we arrived! The icing on the cake was their beautiful cat that came by each day to say hi and bask in the sun on the huge deck. Although we thought about it we could not keep him 😉, but now my kids have asked to go back and visit him. (We are locals and needed to stay here after selling our home and being in between places.) The house is in a very family-friendly, central location with easy access to beaches or to go up to Theme parks. I will definitely recommend family & friends to stay here when needed!

Amazing backyard and close to beaches
This Mission Viejo house was easily accessible and a great home base for our family vacation. We made most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was large and fairly well stocked and we even grilled one night. The house is spacious although the bathrooms are a bit on the small side. The beds were comfortable. The backyard is amazing and very private, overlooking the golf course. Costco is very close and easy freeway access. Beaches are between 14-25 minutes depending on where you want to go. We came during a heat wave in August with temperatures near or exceeding 100 and we were certainly grateful for AC and a couple of fans. We had great response when we needed a couple items. Right now during COVID19, restaurants can serve if they have outdoor seating (it was too hot for that) or take out. I would recommend this home for a family looking to explore Orange County.

Great Escape-Perfect Location for Everything
This was a show place right on the Mission Viejo Country Club course. The backyard was a paradise, perfect for morning coffee and then for a sunset bbq at night. The home more than accommodated our family of 7. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed from towels to the coffee maker and the grill. It was also perfectly located in Southern California. We were just minutes away from the best beaches in Orange County, all the best shopping and Disneyland was just up the road. It was a great escape and we will be back.

Wonderful Orange County Home
Our group consisted of 6 adults and 1 child and we all enjoyed the home very much! It is exactly what the pictures show and we were all pleased with how spacious it was and the location of the home. The house was fully stacked with all the amenities anyone could possibly need and Katie was awesome from start to finish with answering our questions and being so accommodating to our needs & wants especially for our 1 year old child. Thank you so much for opening the home to us and making our stay in Southern California truly memorable!

Nice home in a nice neighborhood. Check in process very easy. Katie was extremely helpful. We needed a baby pay pen and one was provided. Anytime I called her she was very accommodating. 5 stars for Katie!! Only negative I would add is the patio picture is very outdated.
