Great Thanksgiving Stay!

We came as a family of 5 with two dogs for the week of Thanksgiving. The house was perfect and as described. The owner even dropped off a pumpkin pie for us! So sweet! The kitchen had all we needed for our meal as well. There was a full stock of paper towels, trash bags, detergents, etc it was nice not to worry about those items while traveling. If you are traveling with dogs, the backyard will not disappoint. It’s huge! Love that it was securely fenced as well. There is a cute backyard patio but was a little too cold to enjoy.

Perfect in every way!

We were in town for an extended stay that was bookended by two family weddings. The home was located perfectly between our sister and our niece. Everything we needed was just minutes away. We joined the Merriam community center so we could keep up with our fitness routines. Our small dogs absolutely LOVED the huge back yard. We plan to be back!

Perfect Home for a Family Wedding Weekend!

This property was perfect for out-of-town guests visiting for a wedding weekend! Exceptionally clean, easy access to highway, and courteous and prompt replies from property manager. Would definitely recommend this home !

A very nice place.

This is a very nice place. Are group was made up of three double bassists attending a week long music workshop at the nearby high school. The property was spacious enough for our instruments. The description mentioned highway noise, but couldn’t hear any. The property was clean except for one dog waste bag in the back yard, and some hair in a shower drain. There was some recent water damage in the ceiling due to some recent hail storms. The listing said three king beds, but really it is two kings and a queen. All the beds were comfortable, and we found the house quiet and comfortable. We didn’t use it, but there is a lovely large back yard. And the neighborhood is filled with beautiful trees and lawns, and the neighbors are very nice. It was perfect for our group!

Perfect for our family

The property was just as listed. It was clean and had everything our family needed for our stay in Miriam for a softball tournament. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again when we are in town for tournaments.

Comfortable home, especially for dogs.

It was a very comfortable home for me, my family and my dog. There is a fenced in yard, 3 comfortable bedrooms., a nice living room and kitchen with stock. It worked very well for our needs.

Pleasant Getaway - Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider staying here again in the future. The location was perfect for our activities - close to everything but still nice and quiet neighborhood. No issues.

Absolutely perfect location

My husband and I planned an extended weekend trip to the Kansas City area with my brother-in-law/sister-in-law, specifically to enjoy some of KC's famous BBQ. We chose this VRBO specifically as it as located in a safe residential area and also provided a bedroom with king-sized beds and separate bathrooms for each couple. (there is also a 3rd bdrm with a queen sized bed). The home was clean and well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen including staples like coffee, sweeteners, coffee syrups and even some complimentary chips and beverages. Itwas wet and rainy during our extended weekend, however we were nice and cozy and the furnace worked quickly and efficiency to heat up the house when needed. We went to 6 different BBQ places (lunch and dinner x 3 days 😋). We never drove more than 20 minutes to get to anything. What we also loved was the fact that we had easy access to the interstate and were only a minute's drive from Target, Ikea, a movie theater and HyVee grocery store to pick up any additional supplies for our weekend.There is complimentary streaming TV services and the host, Mary Beth was very responsive in helping us reset some passwords to get access. I would absolutely rebook this VRBO.

Wonderful place comfortable and clean

My mom sister and I were in town visiting family and loved stay at this lovely house. It was spacious clean and in a great neighborhood. Our host was amazing! She was responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Weekend Getaway

Our group of five ladies loved this house. We traveled to KC for the Ed Sheeran concert at Arrowhead and spent two nights. It has a great location, super easy access to the highway (and any sites you might want to visit) but it is in such a cute and quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and retail stores within walkable distance. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. Mary Beth was so sweet both types we communicated. I can’t recommend staying here enough! Thanks again, Mary Beth!
