We booked 3 nights May 20-22, 2025. The outside looked nice but the inside was not. The downstairs had a terrible odor, probably from a dirty oven, vent hood and just poor general cleaning. There was an empty can of air freshener though. The microwave didn’t work but the property manager had it replaced by 9:30 the first morning. Then we discovered the refrigerator was not cooling. Maintenance guy said it was freezing up. It was finally replaced late afternoon the day before we left. The bath mats had not been washed. However, the manager did have new ones delivered along with new cans of air freshener our 3rd day. Most of the furniture was in poor shape. I’m pretty sure the mattress pads on the beds had not been washed because when I stripped the bed I had slept in, there was a nasty spot it and one of the pillows. The overall all cleanliness of the unit was very poor. LVF flooring in downstairs was nice but carpet upstairs was very worn and dirty looking. In general the unit was pretty beat up and it wasn’t just from luggage hitting the main walk areas. Also, the back sliding glass door lock was broken. We didn’t discover that until after going through a night with it unlocked. Had to rummage around in the basement for something to block it from being opened. In general, I think the cleaning crew was just poor quality and no quality control.
