Wonderful for Adult Getaways

We had an amazing experience at Casa San Sebastián. The property is beautiful and the infinity pool is spectacular. Very comfortable- especially the beds and bedding. The best part of the stay is the service- Alejandro Lupita Marta Max and Daniel will attend to every need. Food and drinks are fresh tasty and plentiful. Highly recommend.

Short break from reality

We had such a great time! What a beautiful place to come and relax. We stayed at the property the whole time due to COVID and we were well taken care of! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The staff wore masks and extra care was taken in cleaning everyday. We felt really safe. We are having withdrawals and already want to go back!!!

Heaven on Earth

This was my third trip to Casa San Sebastián in the last year. Pictures just can’t do justice to the beauty of this house or it’s amazing surroundings. It is simply breathtaking! The views from every angle are beautiful. The pool overlooking the ocean and Los Arcos formations is the place I spend most of my time. It definitely brings back my appreciation for the beauty of nature. The staff.... what can I say? I love all of them. They go way out of their way to make sure your every need is met. The food is great! The drinks are great! The house is stunning and is always spotless. I miss it already and will return soon!

Amazing - Exceeded all Expectations!!

Based on the photos and reviews we had very high expectations for this vacation, and Casa San Sebastian did not disappoint. The home is absolutely stunning. All 4 master suites are large and well-appointed with amazing bathrooms. We enjoyed both the poolside dining table under the palapa as well as the rooftop dining table (great for breakfast when sun is coming up over the mountains!). The infinity pool is amazing - just the right temperature - with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. The grounds are also beautiful with lush flowers (people were there every morning maintaining all the plants, sweeping leaves, cleaning the pool, etc), As beautiful as the house is, the service was equally amazing. Allejandro was the perfect host. He was quick to refill our drinks, set a beautiful table with meals served on our requested schedule, and helped arrange transportation. He was always there, but completely unobtrusive. Eduardo's meals were absolutely delicious. Whatever we requested he was able to make in abundance from fresh homemade salsas for our fajitas, tacos and chilaquiles, to juicy ripe fruit and fresh-squeezed orange juice with breakfast. The turndown service and housekeeping (with laundry) made it feel like a 5-star resort. And we felt very secure with the overnight guard on the property. All day every day my friends and I kept raving about this unforgettable vacation. We hope to return to Casa San Sebastian!!

Wonderful!

Immaculate property! Better than the pictures! We are foodies and the meals were exquisite even though we had dietary restrictions the meals were very thoughtfully planned out. The staff was amazing always at the ready when we needed them but seemed to disappear when we didn't. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. I hope we can come back!

The property itself was beautiful but not the overall experience.

If my review was based off the looks of the property would be happy to give 5 stars. However the experience itself was bad. During our stay we were only able to enjoy the property during the day, as of night fall the crabs and lizards take over the property. The staff response was it's nothing they could do about it the owner even quoted in email "Well you are in Mexico, if you have never been now you know". I'm happy we did not have small children with us but a couple guest suffered panic attacks as they were terrified. My issue is not just the crabs but the fact they were aware of issue and did not give me opportunity to decide if crabs entering the home by the dozen was a deal breaker for me. As many of my guest have been to Mexico and have never had a problem where they stayed with crabs. If it was only lizards I could be more understanding. I sent email to owner during stay she never responded not until trip was over and she asked why we tipped the staff so low (yes she emailed that) did she address the crab issue. She states she told her property manager to reach out to us well that didn't happen and Michelle the owner now states she is getting a different story from her manager. If Michelle would have emailed us back like all the other times before she would only have one story to go off of. Please before booking also be aware Michelle the owner expects you to tip her staff 15.00 per guest per day meaning for my 5 day 4 night trip for 6 people we were expected to tip over $1200.00 to the 3 staffs on duty who were not there 24 hours as stated. If they were there they could have handled our crab issue at night at least. I've waited days to write this review because good customer service beats all in my book. I wanted to give the owner an opportunity to right her wrongs and even just sincerely apologize for at least not making us aware of crab season/ issue before we booked. But Michelle only goal is money as she attempts to nickel and dime you from time of booking to very end with bullying for tips. Nowhere in booking will you find anything about price for food price chef charges for cab fee to get groceries, price for transportation to and from airport please don't think anything is included as everything is a la carte. If you book prepare to pay cash for your food every morning and no they don't just give it to you at the end or go grocery shopping all at once. There is a walmart between airport and property stock up yourself.

Amazing Family Vacation.

Casa San Sebastian was A1 The service from the staff, Alejandro, Eduardo, and Noemia was top notch. I can go on and on about our stay here, but I will keep it short. We went Kayaking got some bumps and bruises but we to the hang of it fairly quickly and made our way to Los Arcos and through the "cave" Alejandro was a champ. The house its self is straight out of a magazine. our party of 8 was waited on hand and foot and with all this square footage there was no overcrowding, I can definitely say that we will be back. Noemia also took real good care of our rooms and also did our laundry would like to thank her for going the extra mile. Gracias Noemia por todo. Eduardo is an excellent cook kept us nice and filled up. we also made some special request and he always delivered. Manuel, Porfiria, Arianna, Israel, Salito "Pablito", Lorena, Maximiliano & Omar From Long Beach CA. MUCHO AMOR GRACIAS POR TODO!!!

It's all about the view!

The property is an easy drive to PV fun while giving privacy for a restful &/or pool party vacation. I visited this home 2 different trips this month and I LOVE the staff! The food was delicious, service impeccable and we enjoyed their fun and thorough attention.

Wow...expections exceeded!

I had extremely high expectations for this property and was shocked that they weren't only met, but exceeded! The location is STUNNING, the views unbeatable. The house is immaculate and so well cared for. I will never be able to say enough about the staff. Alejandro knew what we needed before we did and took such good care of us. Edwardo made the most stunning and delicious meals. Will NOT go out to eat the next time we stay here...absolutely no need. Noamia was a ninja taking care of our rooms, laundry, etc. Daniel kept the grounds perfect and beautiful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We WILL be back.
