Awesome time !!!!!

My family had a great experience even with the bad weather, the house was conveniently located and management was right on, with minor issues with a trip breaker and a clogged sink everything else was perfect.

Awesomeness!!

Stayed here with my spouse, adult children, and their significant others. Could not have asked for a better place to spend the week. All main bedrooms have king beds with luxurious linens (my wife has spent hours researching where to buy them), and are super comfy (need to know what master b/r mattress is, please)! The beach is a short (~30’) walk from the back patio. The beautiful gulf waters and your umbrella and chairs setup are a short walk from there. Order a golf cart to rent for maximum fun!

Excellent family get-away!

The property was exactly as listed. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. The pool on the balcony was so nice for the children at the end of the day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the ice machine was a definite plus!!! The elevator was great for our 90+ grandma who travelled with us. The beach chairs and beach towels were great. The location was perfect! I will return to Seaside Treasure as soon as I can!

Very nice location

The house is in an ideal location but parking is really tight. It says you can park 4 cars but 3 is all. 4 is impossible!

The house is located in the heart of Frangista Beach, making it walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and even a CVS on 98. This home has the most well-appointed kitchen of any rental home we have experienced with all top end appliances and all the cookware, storage and baking needs, with every imaginable utensil. The bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding and spacious baths. The Frangista Beach property management company could not have been more helpful. A definite must re-visit.

Beach houses have problems, so this trip was between refrigerator replacement, which was not a problem, and we lost gas service, which we believe was an issue with the gas company and not the house. Frangista was on top of everything right away. We love Frangista and plan to continue our rentals.

Fantastic property

We had a fantastic week with my 3 daughters, their husbands and 6 grandchildren…The weather was perfect all week, property was clean, location was on the beach and close to all restaurants and grocery stores…Even though the property management was always prompt with any issues and concerns, we had two unresolved issues…The Viking refrigerator temperature never went below 45’… which caused us to put baby formula and certain food items in the 2 wet bar fridges… also the washer quit draining and spinning due to an outside pipe being clogged… appliance company said it would be 4 days before they can fix it which took us to the end of our stay… owners need to resolve these issues before the next party arrives. Still had a grand stay.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We took our dogs, but only owners dogs can go on the beach. Spring Break was busy, but not too busy. This is a very nice beach. We would definitely recommend this property for a nice family vacation.
