Wife and I stayed a month at this property. Fantastic Stay. Home was well appointed with everything you need from beach toys, chairs, coolers, and cart in garage to everything you can think your will need in the kitchen. Nice smart tv and plenty of room to spread out in kitchen and bedrooms. King size bed was very comfortable and firm. For those of you working remote, Internet is Cox and I was getting around 240mbs up and 50mbs down if I remember correctly. Cant recall exactly but around there. Didnt have any outages.Very convenient short walk to the two pools, hot tub (really is hot), fitness center, courts, and beach. Nice having a gated community as it keeps the traffic down.Private beach is great. You will like having it. If you walk the beach down to the public access, it is packed over there. We also got two beach chairs and umbrella everyday of our stay already setup on the beach. Crystal white sand and clear blue green water.The property manager, Ken, was fantastic. If you have any questions or need anything he is super fast to respond.During our stay we had two issues that were promptly addressed by Ken. The master bath wouldnt drain fast so he sent out a plumber and took care of it. The Mr Coffee went out. He had a brand new one brought over immediately.Have to say this was probably one of our favorite VRBO stays. It was just like being home but there was a beach down the street. Highly recommend.

Our favorite stay in Destin!

We’ve always stayed in the condos at Seascape every year when we come to Destin. This year, we decided to rent a house for the week with high hopes as we have small children. We were not disappointed! The house was exactly as pictured, very clean, and already had many of the items we needed for our stay. It was so nice not to have to pack a beach wagon, and chairs. There was even a high chair for our daughter. We were slightly concerned with the walk to the beach, but it was not bad at all! Our kids didn’t complain once. You’re on a private beach which is nice because it’s not as crowded. You have the use of 2 pools, both are great. Ken was a wonderful host. He’s very friendly, and has great communication. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing property!

This was our second year staying at this property - we loved it enough we returned! We've been going to Destin for over a decade and have stayed in many different homes and this one is the most clean and well-stocked of any! And we LOVE the memory foam mattresses! It is a short walk to the beach and our favorite coffee shop, Badass Coffee. (Give them a try!) The owner is very responsive and kind and I look forward to renting again for years to come. Thank you, Ken, for an amazing stay!

Fabulous House

This is an amazing rental. Perfectly clean, very well appointed, lovely beds and nicely decorated. This rental is perfect walking distance to the beach and pool. Only 5 minutes at a leisurely stroll. The beaches were fabulous. We loved this house, Five stars and look forward to coming again!

Ken was a great host, who checked on us a couple times and responded to messages quickly. The home was extremely clean and very well stocked - every detail was considered, and the home was organized so everything was easy to find. The beach was exceptional, and I also loved the (very warm) heated pool and having a fitness center (there was also an unheated pool if that is preferred). The house was very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and activities, and the location felt safe, with the complex gated.

Perfect location

Our family loved this house. It was in the perfect location. Private beach was great. You could easily walk to the beach rather than drive and try to find parking. Ken was very responsive to questions and a great host. We loved the memory foam mattresses in the house. The wagon and the high chair were a bonus as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Ken's place at the beach. The cottage was well stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. He also had a highchair, extra blankets, drying rack and hooks (AMAZING), sandcart, cooler, and beach toys. We had beautiful weather and really enjoyed the white sand of the gulf. Definitely plan to return. Ken was very responsive to all communications. Thank you for a great week!

Family Vacation

We stayed the week at this location. Ken is very prompt with all his responses. He checked in a couple times to make sure everything was going good. The checkin/checkout process was effortless. We had a group of 8 which included teens and adults. The house was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed for cooking meals. The rental is in a great location and not far from the beach. I loved that we had access to the attached garage. It was very nice to drop all our sandy beach items in the garage and not track sand all over the house. There was enough seating for all of us and the dining table was the perfect spot for evening board games. We would stay here again.
